Hallo,

ich hab die Suche schon benutzt, aber nichts ähnliches gefunden.
Ich hab ein Problem mit meinen Browsern bzw. mit meinem ganzen System auf dem Laptop.
Also ich fang mal von vorn an:

Anfangs lief alles super, nur die „Norton Internet Security“ nervte mich etwas. Ich wollte die nie auf dem PC haben, aber durch nen USB Stick wurde die raufgeladen. Das war auch nur so ne abgelaufene Testversion. Ich hab die dann deinstalliert, aber die richtig zu löschen hat nicht geklappt. Seitdem wurde das System immer langsamer. Ich hab dann dieses „Norton Removal Tool“ runtergeladen. Damit ging dann der ärger richtig los. Weder das Removal Tool noch Firefox gingen noch zu öffnen. Ich hab mit „CCleaner“ nach Fehlern gesucht, aber nichts Richtiges gefunden. Dann hab ich gelesen, dass ich das Removal Tool mal im Gesicherten Modus starten soll. Das hab ich dann auch. Und endlich war die Norton Software komplett vom Laptop runter. Das Removal Tool hab ich dann auch gleich wieder deinstalliert.
Aber Firefox ging immer noch nicht zu öffnen. Nachdem ich ein bisschen gegoogelt habe, hab ich den Tipp gefunden, ein neues Firefox Profil zu erstellen. Das ging dann auch. Es kam die Meldung, ich soll ein Adobe Flash Plugin neu installieren. Das hab ich auch gemacht. Und kurz darauf gings wieder nicht mehr. Jetzt öffnet sich Firefox zwar, aber schließt sich nach kurzem aufflackern automatisch wieder. „Google Chrome“ geht ebenfalls überhaupt nicht mehr. Und der Internet Explorer öffnet sich nach ewigem laden zwar, aber macht was er will. Wenn ich zB. in der Browserzeile eine Homepageadresse eingebe, ändert die sich automatisch in eine andere und ich lande wieder bei Google. Bei Seiten wie web.de hängt er sich gleich ganz auf. Auch allgemein ist der PC viel lahmer geworden. Wenn ich den PC starte, kommt jetzt die Meldung „Server ausgelastet“, und beim herunterfahren kommt eine Error Meldung.

Ich hab in einem Forum gelesen, man soll einfach eine Systemwiederherstellung machen. Aber dann ist ja die Norton Software auch wieder drauf und der ganze Ärger geht von vorn los :-/

Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich, was ich noch machen kann?

Hallo und

bitte nen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten. Danach OTL:

Systemscan mit OTL

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop
  • Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
  • Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
  • Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
  • Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
  • Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
  • Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt
  • Poste die Logfiles hier in den Thread.
