Ganz ehrlich? Ich würde das System neu aufsetzen und - wie z.B. im Forum erklärt - vernünftig absichern.

Die Vielzahl der "bösen" Dateien deutet auf grundsätzliche Sicherheitsmängel im System hin. (Bitte mal HijackThis LogFile im entsprechendenden Teilforum posten)

Denke auch, dass ein Neuaufsetzen die vernünftigste Lösung darstellt, weil:
