Hallo liebe Community,

Folgendes Problem: Mein PC hängt sich hauptsächlich bei der Nutzung von Word oder diesem Bord auf (deswegen muss ich auch alles über das Smartphone erledigen). Entweder der Bildschirm friert ein und ich muss den Laptop mit dem Powerknopf beenden. Manchmal wird der Bildschirm auch komplett schwarz oder es kommt ein Bluescreen, der sagt, dass der Laptop neu startet, was er aber nie tut und ich muss ihn letztendlich wieder mit dem Powerknopf beenden.
Das Problem tritt, nachdem der Laptop 2/3 Tage nicht lief erst nach ungefähr einer halben Stunde bei der Nutzung von Word auf. Wenn ich ihn aber dann neustarte, schaffe ich es noch nicht mal ein Wort zu schreiben bis er sich wieder aufhängt.
Ich habe alle Programme laufen lassen, die in der Anleitung standen (dies funktioniert komischerweise). Werde diese nun Posten. Da ich es aber mit dem Handy machen muss kann es etwas länger dauern.

Sieht so aus als müsste ich die TXT. Dateien als Anhang Hochadel, da die Code Funktion auf dem Smartphone nicht funktioniert...hoffe das geht auch so.

Tritt das Problem schon länger auf? Gingen dem Problem irgendwelche Änderungen am System voran?

Würde ein Treiber- oder Hardwareproblem vermuten. Ersteres sollte sich einfacher abprüfen lassen. Rein aus'm Bauch raus am besten mal mit GraKa-Treiber anfangen.

Hallo, tut mir leid dass ich erst so spät antworte, aber mein PC ging leider eine Zeit lange gar nicht mehr.
Vielen Dank für deine Antwort.
Das Problem tritt seit ungefähr einem Monat auf. Vor 3/4 Monaten nahm ich die Umstellung auf Windows 10 vor. Könnte das vielleicht der Auslöser sein?
