Hallo

Ich wollte eigentlich auch ein Bild posten was ich vom Bildschirm gemacht habe, allerdings geht das importieren vom Handy zur Zeit nicht, weiß nicht ob das auch am Trojaner liegt?

Nun zu meinem Problem und was ich bis jetzt gemacht habe.
Mein Freund hatte mich geweckt weil der PC nicht mehr ging, er meinte er hätte nur Bilder über Google gesucht sonst nichts.
Der Bildschirm war grau mit einem helleren Kasten wo "Achtung!!! Das Betriebssystem wurde im Zusammenhang mit Verstoß gegen die Gesetze der Republik Österreich gesperrt!...etc." mit der Aufforderung 100 Euro über paysafecard zu überweisen, stand.

Ich habe den PC dann erstmal ausgeschalten und die Internetverbindung getrennt.
Über das Handy bin ich dann auf einen Blog gelandet wo erklärt wurde wie man die Blockade abstellen/umgehen/abstellen kann.

Ich habe dann den PC über den sicheren Modus (F8) wieder eingeschalten, unter "Alle Programme" "Autostart" hatte ich nichts mit vielen Zahlen gesehen nur "wpbt0.dll", das war alles was da war.
Habe dann "Windows R" gedrückt und einiges unter "Systemstart" deaktiviert (im Anhang). Die Blockade mit der Nachricht war dann aber erst weg wo ich das "Windows\System32\rundll32.exe C:\User....." deaktiviert habe.

Dann konnte ich den PC wieder normal starten und habe den "Avira AntiVir Personal" laufen lassen. Der hatte dann einen Fund:
Object: 624F2d01 Fund: EXP/Pidiet.cwg.4

Die Scans habe ich nach der "Avira AntiVir Personal" Überprüfung gemacht.

Nun weiß ich nicht genau wo der Trojaner ist, was ich genau machen muss um ihn komplett los zu werden und was von dem was ich deaktiviert habe gebraucht wird und was nicht...etc..
Ich kenne mich in den Dingen überhaupt nicht aus, sowas ist mir bis jetzt auch noch nie passiert.

Im Anhang sind: Attach, DDS, Avira AntiVir Personal Report, Gmer und Deaktiviert (was ich über "msconfig" "Systemstart" deaktiviert habe)

Bitte erstmal routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten. =>ALLE lokalen Datenträger (außer CD/DVD) überprüfen lassen!
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss! Außerdem müssen alle Funde entfernt werden.

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!



ESET Online Scanner

  • Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
  • Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
  • Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
  • Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
  • Klicke auf Starten.
  • Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
  • Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
  • Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
  • Explorer öffnen.
  • C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
  • Logfile hier posten.
  • Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.
  • Manuell folgenden Ordner löschen und Papierkorb leeren => C:\Programme\Eset

Finger weg von Registry-Cleanern!!

Die Registry ist das Hirn des Systems. Funktioniert das Hirn nicht, funktioniert der Rest nicht mehr wirklich.
Wir lesen oft genug von Hilfesuchenden, dass deren System nach der Nutzung von Registry Cleanern nicht mehr startet.
  • Wie soll der Cleaner zu 100% wissen ob der Eintrag benötigt wird oder nicht ?
  • Es ist vollkommen egal ob ein paar verwaiste Registry Einträge am System sind oder nicht.
  • Auch die dauernd angepriesene Beschleunigung des Systems ist nur bedingt wahr. Du würdest es nicht merken.

Ein sogenanntes False Positive von einem Cleaner kann auch dein System unbootbar machen.
Zerstörst Du die Registry, zerstörst Du Windows.


Hätte da mal zwei Fragen bevor es weiter geht

1.) Geht der normale Modus uneingeschränkt?
2.) Vermisst du irgendwas im Startmenü? Sind da leere Ordner unter alle Programme oder ist alles vorhanden?

Hallo,

Zu 1.) Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, ja, zumindest seit ich "Windows\System32\rundll32.exe C:\User....." deaktiviert habe über den gesicherten Modus.

Zu 2.) Scheint alles da zu sein, vermisse nichts. (Bei "Autostart" steht "leer" seit ich "Windows\System32\rundll32.exe C:\User....." deaktiviert habe)

Dann wird das eine illegale Version sein.

Sry aber bei illegaler Software gibt es hier nur noch Hilfe zur Datensicherung + Neuinstallation von Windows

Cracks/Keygens sind zu 99,9% gefährliche Schädlinge, mit denen man nicht spaßen sollte. Ausserdem sind diese illegal und wir unterstützen die Verwendung von geklauter Software nicht. Somit beschränkt sich der Support auf Anleitung zur kompletten Neuinstallation!!

Dass illegale Cracks und Keygens im Wesentlichen dazu dienen, Malware zu verbreiten ist kein Geheimnis und muss jedem klar sein!

Ohje, das wusste ich nicht , also das er mir was illegales rauf getan hat! Ich dachte das wäre sein altes weil er sich ein neues gekauft hatte.
Dann will ich das Programm runter haben und alles was damit zu tun hat!
Was müsste ich da machen damit es wirklich weg ist?
