Internet Explorer läuft im hintergrund und öffnet sich immer wieder neu.



Halli hallo,

Ich habe ein Problem. Und zwar läuft der Internet Explorer die ganze Zeit im Hintergrund und verlangsamt das Internet. Im Taskmanager den Task zu beenden bringt auch nichts, da er sich kurz darauf neu offnet.
Ich habe schon mal gesucht, aber die angegebenen Dateien (bei anderen mit dem Problem) waren bei mir nicht vorhanden.
Ich habe mal eine HijackTis Logfile gemacht. Ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir anhand der Logfile irgentwie helfen.

ok, du hast den spyeye trojaner auf dem pc.
es ist möglich, dass dieser weitergehende enderungen am pc gemacht hatt. die in zukunft das instalieren von malware erleichtern, außerdem könnte malware im hintergrund laufen die wir nicht aufspüren können.
wenn dir dieses risiko zu groß ist, sollten wir neu aufsetzen.
ich würde dir dann zeigen, wie man das system richtig absichert und wie man backups macht, so dass beim nächsten system problem, eine saubere datensicherung zur hand ist, die in 5 minuten ein sauberes system ermöglicht mit wenig datenverlusst.
dies bedeutet zwar jetzt arbeit, lohnt sich aber in zukunft auf jeden fall.

Naja.. ich hätte gedacht ich würde drumrum kommen^^ Das wäre aber supi, wenn du mir eine Beschreibung gibst. Die Original CD's von dem PC hab ich noch. Außerdem habe ich eine Externe Festplatte, die immer am PC angeschlossen ist. Diese werde ich wohl auch neu aufsetzen müssen und sämtliche USB Sticks/Speicherkarten, die ich an meinem PC einmal angeschlossen habe?!
Diese Wocher werde auch wohl auch nicht mehr dazu kommen, aber ich denke nicht das ein paar Tage schlimm sein werden, wo der Trojaner noch da ist?!

hi, lege die windows cd ein, starte neu.
pc sollte von cd starten, jetzt sollte es benutzerdefiniert als auswahl geben.
dann kommst du zu den partitionen.
dort wähle die c partition, optionen, formatieren.
wenn daten verschoben werden sollen nach windows.old hast du was falsch gemacht und musst noch mal zurück gehen.
instaliere dann windows.
nutze jetzt evtl. vorhandene treiber cds
richte falls ötig das inet ein.
danach:
start suchen:
eingeben:
windows update
enter

gehe jetzt auf optionale updates, instaliere so lange, bis es nichts mehr gibt.
der pc wird zwischendurch neu starten, dann erneut windows update aufrufen.
das selbe mit den wichtigen updates.
dann gehe auf windows update, einstellungen, hake alles an, auch die optionalen updates.
hake nicht an, erweiterte benachichtungen anzeigen.
der intervall bleibt auf täglich.
ich weis, die nun folgende anleitung ist lang.
setze sie aber genauestens um, halte an bei fragen /problemen, oder wenn du was nicht verstehst, dafür sind wir hier.

als antivirus kannst du zb avast nutzen. pdf zur anleitung gibts hier:

denke die haben das beste gesammt angebot für kostenlose produkte.
als browser opera.
falls er dir nicht zusagt, passe ich die anleitung für nen andern browser an
um das surfen sicherer zu machen, würde ich Sandboxie empfehlen.

hier noch ein paar zusatzeinstellungen, nicht verunsichern lassen, wenn du das programm instaliert hast, werden sie klar.
den direkten datei zugriff bitte auf opera beschrenken,
bei
Internetzugriff:
opera.exe
öffne dann sandboxie, dann oben im menü auf sandbox klickem, wähle deine sandbox aus und klicke dann auf sandboxeinstellung.
dort auf anwendung, webbrowser, andere dort auf direkten zugriff auf opera bookmarks erlauben. dann auf hinzufügen und ok.
somit kannst du deine lesezeichen auch in der sandbox dauerhaft abspeichern.

wenn du mit dem programm gut auskommst, ist ne lizenz zu empfehlen.
1. es gibt dann noch ein paar mehr funktionen.
2. kommt nach nem monat die anzeige, dass das programm freeware ist, die verschwindet erst nach ner zeit, find ich n bissel nerfig.
3. ist die lizenz lebenslang gültig, kostenpunkt rund 30 €, und du kannst sie auf allen pcs in deinem haushalt einsetzen.

eine sandbox ist eine isulierte umgebung aus der kein programm raus kommt.

um die volle wirkung zu erreichen muss alles umgesetzt und eingehalten werden.
alle benötigten verknüpfungen fürs eingeschrenkte konto nach
c:\benutzer\Default\desktop bzw \startmenü
kopieren. so sind sie für alle sichtbar
wenn du fragen hast, probleme, oder erfolgreich warst, melde dich bitte.
wenn du online banking betreibst, lese den passenden abschnitt, die card reader gibts verbilligt bei den banken. ist ein sehr sicheres verfahren.

So,

Windows ist jetzt neu installiert, weiter bin ich noch nicht gekommen..

kann ich jetzt schon Sachen von der D ausführen? (Treiber und installationen)

Das wird ja später denke ich noch geprüft ob da irgentwas ist an Trojanern?

hi, bitte nur treiber instalieren und dann das machen, was ich geschrieben hab.
erst dann werden alle festplatten geprüft und dann wird weiteres zeug instaliert.
aber nichts wie tuneup oder sonstiger tuning müll :-)

so, bin grade noch beim updates instalieren und hab soweit alles gemacht, wozu ich nicht herunterladen muss (wegen zu schlechtem internet^^)

paar fragen hab ich noch:

das mit der Benutzerkontensteuerung und dem UAC, da finde ich Einstellung der Benutzerkontensteuerung ändern nicht und hab auch keinen regler gefunden, den ich verstellen kann.

Die Update checker Secunia und File Hippo update checker, sind die zwingend notwenig? Machen die nicht genau das gleiche wie der Windows Updater?

ist damit gemeint das man selbst erst auf irgentwas klicken muss oder irgentwie automatisch im untergrund etwas instaliert?
(ist benutze so seiten wie kino.to nicht, ich schaue mir nur öfters mal videoclips (keine filme oder sowas illegales) auf so hostern wie megavideo an.)

was meinst du mit "wozu deine inet verbindung nicht zu schlecht ist"? du benötigst alle!!! updates, deswegen schrieb ich, du sollst alles instalieren und ausführen.
das mit der uac überspringen

nein, die updaten die restliche software auf deinem pc, jede software die du nutzt, kann sicherheitslücken aufweisen, die müssen unbedingt geschlossen werden, sonst stehst du bald wieder da mit trojanern auf dem pc.
du hast grad ein perfektes beispiel genutzt.
streaming seiten haben viel werbung, oder leiten auf andere seiten weiter.
häufig updaten die nutzer, den adobe flash player zb nicht, jetzt wird ne sicherheitslücke genutzt, und schwubs, hast du nen trojaner auf dem pc.
deswegen treffen wir all diese maßnamen und deswegen musst du sie einhalten.
im prinzip kann jede seite malware enthalten, zb wenn sie gehackt wurde. oder ein infiziertes banner von drittanbietern anzeigt.
deswegen sollst du zb nur in der sandbox surfen.
wenn jetzt ne malware auf seite x ist, bleibt die in der sandbox hängen und dein pc ist gerettet.
denn das schließen von sicherheitslücken bedeutet nur, dass alle lücken, die bekannt sind, bzw für die es einen patch gibt geschlossen wurden.
