Heute morgen zeigt mir Antivir wieder eine warnmeldung mit folgendem Inhalt.

In der Datei 'C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\***\Lokale Einstellungen\Anwendungsdaten\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\amlmjmg7.default\Cache\44E4FEFCd01'
wurde ein Virus oder unerwünschtes Programm 'HEUR/HTML.Malware' [heuristic] gefunden.
Ausgeführte Aktion: Zugriff verweigern

Wie sollte ich damit umgehen und was ist das eigentlich?

Hallo,

es liegt nahe, dass das ein Fehlalarm ist, da es ein heuristischer Fund ist. Bitte mal routinemäßig diese Liste beachten und abarbeiten. Beim Scan mit MalwareBytes auch alle externen Speicher (ext. Platten, USB-Sticks, ... mit anklemmen!! )

Wichtig für Benutzer mit Windows Vista und Windows 7: Bitte alle Tools per Rechtsklick => Als Admin ausführen!

Die Logfiles kannst Du zB alle in eine Datei zippen und auf File-Upload.net hochladen und hier verlinken, denn 1. sind manche Logfiles fürs Board nämlich zu groß und 2. kann ich mit einem Klick mir gleich alle auf einmal runterladen.

cc cleaner durchgeführt nun läuft Malware.

Ich bin ja eher ein Laie deswegen poste ich das gleich hier rein.Irgendwie verwunderlich das sich seit über einem Jahr Antivir meldet aber gut.Mal sehen was das ist :-)
Was auch seltsam ist das z.b bei Fussball manager 2008 sich die maus selbständig bewegt ohne das ich die anfassen muss.Das gleiche hatte ich hier eben auch.Woran liegt sowas?

Die Logs sehen ok aus, deswegen bin ich der Auffassung, dass die AntiVir-Meldung ein (heuristischer) Fehlalarm war und Du Dir keine Sorgen machen brauchst.

Adobe Acrobat Reader aktualisieren
Dein Adobe Reader ist nicht aktuell, was ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Wir empfehlen daher, die alte Version über Systemsteuerung => Software zu deinstallieren, indem Du dort auf "Adobe Reader x.0" klickst und das Programm entfernst. Starte den Rechner neu und downloade den aktuellen Acrobat-Reader herunter und installiere ihn.

Falls Dir der Adobe Acrobat Reader nicht gefällt, kannst Du alternativ auch Foxit PDF Reader installieren. Er ist "schlanker" und benutzt weniger Resourcen.

Überprüf auch bitte den Adobe Flashplayer


Java-Update
Veraltete Java-Installationen sind ein Sicherheitsrisiko, daher solltest Du die alten Versionen löschen (falls vorhanden) und auf die neuste aktualisieren. Beende dazu alle Programme (v.a. die Browser), klick danach auf Start, Systemsteuerung, Software und deinstalliere darüber alle aufgelisteten Java-Versionen. Lad Dir danach von hier das aktuelle Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) herunter und installiere es.
