Problem: PC startet einfach neu



Hallo,

ich habe seit einiger Zeit Probleme wie z.B. das der PC einfach neu startet oder das der PC beim Startvorgang hängen bleibt oder das der PC einfach einfriert.

Mainboard: ASRock Extreme4
Prozessor: AMD FX-6300
Arbeitsspeicher: 2x4GBytes DDR3 Kingston KHX1866C10D3/4G 933.7MHz

Dann mach jetzt noch ein Backup bzw Image deines Systems bzw der Festplatte falls du eine externe USB Festplatte als Datenträger für das Backup bzw Image hast und kauf dir eine neue Festplatte. Wenn du die eingebaut hast, das Backup bzw Image darauf aufspielen(auf die neue verbaute Festplatte)und wenn du Glück hast, hingen deine Probleme nur mit der alten bald kaputten Festplatte zusammen.

Hi purzelbär und danke für die schnelle antwort.

Habe mir nun mal eine neue Festplatte und eine externe bestellt, sollten dienstag oder mitwoch eintrudeln.

Nun wirds Haarig... 1. Wie erstelle ich ein Image von einer eingebauten Festplatte auf eine externe Festplatte?
2. Auf der "defekten" Platte ist mein Betriebssystem und ich habe keine CD denn die "defekte" Platte hat nur eine Recovery Partition auf die ich nur über das Bootmenue zugreifen kann, wird diese dann in dem Image mit kopiert?

Edit: Zu 2.: Ich glaube ich habe beim ursprünglichen Hersteller des PC's was gefunden... Eine Zip-Datei zum Download mit der Bezeichnung Reparaturdatenträger win764 und einmal eine datei mit Reparaturdatenträger win764sp1... ich denke damit kann man das system neu aufsetzen falls was schief läuft oder?

Edit: Und den purzelbär werde ich auf die /ig setzen...

Der ist ja nicht mal offiziell hier als Helfer eingetragen und das fällt mir erst jetzt auf -.-

Könnte mir bitte ein Helferlein weiterhelfen?
