Hallo liebes Trojaner-board Team und User,

hört sich jetzt vielleicht etwas komisch an..
ich hab seid kurzen das Problem das mir angezeigt wird das ich keine Internet Verbindung habe wenn ich z.b was herunterladen will obwohl ich gleichzeitig im Netz ohne Probleme surfen kann.


Als Beispiel wenn ich bei Avast nach Netzwerkbedrohungen suche bekomme ich folgende Meldung:
It seems that you are offline
Internet connection is needed to perform network security scan. Please, check your internet connection and try again.

Bei Opera kommt folgendes...
Keine Verbindung zum Proxyserver

Ein Proxyserver ist ein Server, der als Vermittler zwischen Ihrem Computer und anderen Servern fungiert. Aktuell ist Ihr System für die Verwendung eines Proxyservers konfiguriert, Opera kann aber keine Verbindung zum Proxyserver herstellen.


Woran kann das liegen?

In letzter Zeit etwas Neues installiert oder Veränderungen am System vorgenommen?

Bitte lade Dir folgendes Tool herunter:

Virenscanner ausschalten und das Tool als Administrator ausführen.
Haken setzen bei:
FlushDNS, Report IE Proxy Settings, Reset IE Proxy Settings, Report FF Proxy Settings, Reset FF Proxy Settings, List IP Configuration, List Content of Hosts, List Winsock Entries, List Devices-Only Problems.
--> Go/Scan ausführen
--> Log / Result.txt hier bitte posten in Tags: Benutze dazu den #-Button über dem Eingabefenster.

Über Firefox

Jein ich hatte was runtergeladen (vor den benutzen mit Avast bzw Malwarebytes Anti-Malware auf Viren untersucht), da es nicht so funktioniert hatte wie ich wollte hab ich es wieder gelöscht...

Okay.
Nimm mal bitte den Router für 15 Minuten vom Stromnetz, dann einschalten, dann PC 2 Mal neustarten.
Dann testen:
- Internet über Browser
- Avast-Internetanbindung

Geht dies nicht,

Avast benutzt einen eigenen DNS.

--> Da ist ein Fehler in der Registry.

Das sauberste und einfachste ist dann eine De-Installation und neue Installation von Avast.
Dazu Dein Avast Produkt deinstallieren über Systemsteuerung. PC neustarten, dann dieses Tool downloaden und gem. Anleitung vorgehen:

PC neustarten. Windows Firewall aktivieren. Testen ob Du Internetverbindung hast.

Also Avast deinstalliert und dann neu installiert ja? Du nutzt nun die Avast Firewall und deren DNS?
