Programme (u.a. Antvir) lassen sich nicht mehr aktualisieren !

Mein Problem:

Ich kann meine Programme (nicht alle) nicht mehr updaten.
Z.B. kann sich kein Installer mehr die Daten aus dem Netz holen.
Auch Antivir verweigert das Update.

Mein Browser, Steam oder Outlook funktionieren aber einwandfrei.
