internet explorer öffnet ständig werbung

hallo zusammen, habe das selbe Problem, allerding bin ich was Computer angeht ein sehr starker Laie, was mir natürlich auch mit Fachbegriffen bzw. Programmen wie Hijack?? usw. Probleme bereitet...
könnte mir jemande, da eventuell helfen, und mir genau sagen wie ich vorgehen soll??
Hab es schon genauso probiert wie hier beschrieben mit diesem Navilog1, aber leider hat es bei mir nicht geholfen...
