Hi, hab seit ein paar Tagen Probleme mit meinem PC. Der "Spyware Doctor" zeigt nach dem Antivirus-scan an, dass ich im ordner c:\programm files\outlook\ den Wurm Alcra.F habe.
Kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen den zu entfernen???

Als erstes brauchen wir mehr Informationen zu deinem System, arbeite dazu folgende Anleitungen ab:



Silentrunners Logfile

-Lade dir das Tool -> Silentrunners
-Entpacke das Script in einen Ordner deiner Wahl
-Doppelklick auf -> Silent Runners -> Option Supplementary Searches auswählen
-System wird nun überprüft, nach Beendigung wird eine Log-Datei erstellt
(Dein Antiviren-Scanner könnte eine Meldung wegen „bösartigem Script“
erstellen, ignoriere dieses und arbeite weiter!)
-Dann öffne die Silent Runners xxx.txt mit einem Editor und kopiere den gesamten Inhalt ab und füge ihn in einen Beitrag ein.
(Strg+A markieren -> Strg+C kopieren -> Strg+V einfügen)


MWAV (eScan) - Free Antivirus

-Lies dir folgende Anleitung genau durch und arbeite sie ab
-> Anleitung eScan
Wichtig: Poste im Anschluss das Ergebnis mit Hilfe der *find.bat'.
(rechte Maustaste auf den LINK 'find.bat' , dann "Ziel Speichern unter" -> Desktop)

Also viel habe ich bislang nicht über den o.g. Wurm gefunden, es scheint so als wäre er von deinem AV-Scanner Sophos entfernt worde.

Arbeite nun das hier noch ab:

Deinstalliere die Asktbar -> Start -> Systemsteuerung -> Software.


Danach noch bitte das System noch hiermit überprüfen:


Anleitung SmitfraudFix:

Lade dir dieses Tool -> SmitfraudFix
-Starte es dann und lass das System durchsuchen. (Option 1)



-Poste danach wie in der Anleitung beschrieben, das Ergebnis des Scans


Deckards System Scanner (DSS)

Hier gibt es das Tool -> dss.exe

* Schließe alle Anwendungen
* Doppelklicke dss.exe um das Programm zu starten
* Wenn der Scan abgeschlossen ist wird sich ein Notepad mit dem Inhalt
der main.txt öffnen.
Ein weiteres Logfile, die extra.txt liegt im Verzeichnis
c:\Deckard\SystemScanner\extra.txt
* Kopiere den Inhalt der beiden Logfiles in diesen Thread, bitte als ['CODE]['/CODE]


Was Deckards System Scanner macht:

* Es Erstellt einen System Wiederherstellungspunkt
* es säubert die temporären Dateien, Downloaded Program Files, Internet
Cache Dateien und es leert den Mülleimer auf allen Lauferken.
