Problem: Rechner ist abgestürzt, Blauer Bildschirm, "Reparaturen werden ausgeführt"



Hallo liebes Trojaner-Board Team,

mein PC ist aus dem nichts abgestürzt und lässt sich nicht mehr richtig starten und geht immer in die "automatische Reparatur". Er versucht dann die Reparaturen auszuführen, leider ohne Erfolg, sodass die Meldung "Ihr PC wurde nicht korrekt gestartet" erscheint. Habe dann unter "erweiterte Optionen" versucht im abgesicherten Modus zu starten. Leider auch da ohne Erfolg, wobei ich mir hier nicht sicher bin, ob ich es richtig mache.

Ich benutze Windows 10 und habe einen Rechner von PackardBell.


Ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen.

Ich glaube du möchtest die Hinweise bzgl Windows/Hardware für Hilfesuchende mal lesen.

edit: für den Anfang reichen aber erstmal ALLE ANGABEN zur Hardware und ein Log von CDI (SMART-Werte)

Lesestoff:
Posten in CODE-Tags
Die Logfiles anzuhängen oder sogar vorher in ein ZIP, RAR oder 7Z-Archiv zu packen erschwert mir massiv die Arbeit.
Auch wenn die Logs für einen Beitrag zu groß sein sollten, bitte ich dich die Logs direkt und notfalls über mehrere Beiträge verteilt zu posten.
Um die Logfiles in eine CODE-Box zu stellen gehe so vor:
  • Markiere das gesamte Logfile (geht meist mit STRG+A) und kopiere es in die Zwischenablage mit STRG+C.
  • Klicke im Editor auf das #-Symbol. Es erscheinen zwei Klammerausdrücke [CODE] [/CODE].
  • Setze den Curser zwischen die CODE-Tags und drücke STRG+V.
  • Klicke auf Erweitert/Vorschau, um so prüfen, ob du es richtig gemacht hast. Wenn alles stimmt ... auf Antworten.

Das ist ein Fred Feuerstein PC von 2011. Kauf dir mal ein neues Gerät, hier ist vermutlich EOL.

Bzgl. Bluescreen hast du schon zig mal in der Vergangenheit wegen der Möhre nachgefragt.

Wenn das schon vor 3 Jahren ein Problem war, dann ist es in der Zwischenzeit nicht besser geworden.

Das einzige, was hier neben Neukauf noch Sinn macht, ist eine Formatierung des Geräts inkl. Windows Neuinstallation. Und wenn es dann geht, ist es gut. Und wenn nicht, ab in die Tonne damit.

Einfach mal die alten Threads vom ihm/ihr durchwühlen. Da war einer von 201X mit einem Packard Bell Gerät dabei. Nebenbei ist die Firma schon ewig weg vom Markt.

Da ist jedes Lesen eines Logfiles verschwendete Zeit.

Ich verstehe die User aber auch nicht, dass man wegen Problemen solcher ollen Kamellen nicht mal irgendwann klar Schiff macht, sondern immer wieder fragt.

"Mein Auto ist kaputt, war es vor 2 Jahren auch, ist es immer noch. Kann jemand helfen". So was würde niemals jemand fragen. Aber bei PCs ist das anscheinend normal.

was ich in der zwischenzeit gemacht hatte:
bin am bluescreen dann auf "erweiterte optionen" --> "Problembehandlung" --> "Erweiterte Optionen" --> Starteinstellungen --> dort habe ich dann Punkt 8 angewählt, ich meine er hieß "Schutz der frühen Antischadsoftware deaktivieren".

so konnte ich wieder zum home Bildschrim gelangen und habe dann die anwendung Malwarebytes deinstalliert (hatte einen kleinen Verdacht).

Anbei noch die Hardwareangaben und der LOG von CDI. Wollte noch die CrashDump Angaben/Dateien anhängen, jedoc ist die Datei leider zu groß (33 MB)

Dann bau die Platten aus und steck sie an den neuen PC an. Die Magnetplatte sollte nach dem Sichern der Daten auf eine intakte/neue Platte gelöscht und entsorgt werden. Die SSD kannst noch weiterverwenden.

Warum hast du denn Jahre gewartet? Der Rechner läuft doch wie Stefan meinte schon seit ein paar Jahren nicht richtig.

Ich hab als Student leider nicht das nötige Kleingeld für einen neuen Rechner gehabt bzw. habe es leider in andere Dinge investiert.

Ich werde mal zusehen, dass ich demnächst meine Daten sichere und die Platten ausbaue.

Naja, also in 2-3 Jahren sollte man schonmal 300-400 € irgendwie zusammenkratzen können

Nein, nicht demnächst, sondern sofort. Wenn Du derzeit keine Backups in Mehrfachkopien vorliegen hast, und Dir die Daten wichtig sein sollten.

Ne im Ernst, bei so einer Möhre lohnen sich Investitionen nicht mehr.
