Laptop nun sauber?



Hallo, meine Frau hat sich beim Surfen einen Trojaner eingefangen, den ich mit MBAM gefunden und getoetet habe. Meldung war "Trojan.FakeMS", die aber beim zweiten Lauf dann weg war. Nun bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass das noch nicht alles war und habe daher GMER laufen lassen, kann aber mit dem elendig langen logfile nicht wirklich was anfangen. Kann mir einer von Euch helfen und sagen, ob das System nun sauber ist, oder nicht? Danke im Voraus und viele Gruesse Georg

Hallo Arne, danke fuer Deine schnelle Antwort. Leider hat meine Frau das MBAM log nicht gespeichert und der genaue Inhalt der Meldungen ist mir auch nicht bekannt. Daher hatte ich auch nichts gepostet. Nun habe ich das Programm nochmal laufen lassen (natuerlich jetzt ohne fund und das Ergebnis ist folgendes.

Das wird Dir nur vermutlich nicht viel nutzen. Dann nochmal das GMER File in seiner ganzen Pracht (siehe Anhang in meinem ersten Posting). Leider ist die Datei ungepackt 1MB gross und der editor hier, laesst das nicht zu. Hier scheint mir einiges drin zu stehe, aber ich kann es nicht wirklich richtig interpretieren. Dann ist mir gerade noch aufgefallen, dass der iE in der Taskliste mit 2 Prozessen laeuft mit zugriff auf hxxp://85.17.180.166 die ich nicht aufgreufen habe und die sich nicht abschießen lassen. Ich hoffe, damit kannst DU was anfangen. Viele Grüße Georg

Keine Ahnung, warum die letzten beiden Zeilen eben gefehlt haben, aber das Verhalten des rechners wird immer seltsamer. Ich hatte ja bereits geschrieben, dass der iE sich mit der o.a. Adresse verbindet. Daraufhin habe ich meiner meiner Firewall gesagt, dass der iE nichtmehr ins Netz dar und jetzt startet der Rechner nurnoch im Abgesicherten Modus, denn ansonsten startet der iE, belegt den gesamten Bildschirm und laesst sich nicht abschiessen. Scheinbar die Rache fuer den unterbundenen Internte Zugang. Ich vermute langsam, hier ist nichtsmehr zu retten.
Aber wie setze ich das Sytem neu auf und kann dabei sicher sein, dass nach FORMAT C: und MBR neu schreiben wirklich alles platt ist?

Wie bekomme ich meine Daten auf einen anderen Rechner, ohne diesen zu verseuchen?

Führ bitte auch ESET aus, danach sehen wir weiter:


ESET Online Scanner

  • Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
  • Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
  • Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
  • Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
  • Klicke auf Starten.
  • Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
  • Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
  • Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
  • Explorer öffnen.
  • C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
  • Logfile hier posten.
  • Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.
  • Manuell folgenden Ordner löschen und Papierkorb leeren => C:\Programme\Eset

Eine zusätzliche bzw. andere Software-Firewall und v.a. sowas wie SecuritySuites sind Quatsch mit Sauce, in vielen Fällen kontraproduktiv und Ursache für die "lustigsten" Fehler.
Bitte umgehend deinstallieren, Windows danach neustarten und sicherstellen, dass die Windows-Firewall aktiv ist und keine gefährlichen "Löcher" (siehe Ausnahmeliste) hat.
Mach danach wieder wir o.g. ein neues OTL-CustomLog und poste es hier in CODE-Tags umschlossen.

Laptop nun sauber?



Hallo Arne,

danke für Deine Hilfe! Ich habe mich entschlossen, den heutigen Sonntag dazu zu nutzen, das System komplett neu aufzusetzen. Als erstes habe ich dann Autorun abgeklemmt, denn über einen USB haben wir vermutlich einen zweiten Rechner ebenfalls infiziert. Zum Glück ist mein eigener PC und mein iPad noch sauber. Comodo schmeiße ich auf Deinen Rat hin überall runter und installiere erstmal die hier im board empfohlenen Sicherheitsprogramme. Enttäuscht bin ich von Antivir, denn das hat mir die gesamte zeit nix gemeldet, wohingegen alle hier empfohlenene Programme immer heftig Alarm geschlagen haben.
