Hier scheint alles in Ordnung zu sein. Wie ich bereits früher geschrieben habe und auch das Log hier bestätigt, ein RAM Upgrade und evtl. der Tausch der Festplatte durch eine (von Apple unterstützte) SDD könnte dein Problem lösen.

Du kannst mit der Version weiterhin Standardlogs erstellen ohne es kaufen zu müssen.

Hast du von Yosemite ein Upgrade auf Sierra durchgeführt?

Das ist eine Funktion die in iOS verwendet wird. Damit wird der Speicher der Apps verwaltet (einfach ausgedrückt). Diese Limitierung existiert auf macOS nicht daher die Fehlermeldung und völlig harmlos.

Blocker sind schon sinnvoll (je nachdem welche Seiten zu besuchst). Du kannst dir ja mal uBlock Origin oder AdGuard anschauen. Beide sind sehr gut. Letztendlich entscheidest du welcher für dich am besten ist.

Das Log ist Ok so, es bleibt weiterhin bei meiner ursprünglichen Antwort, du brauchst dringend mehr Speicher und am besten den Tausch der Festplatte gegen eine SSD.

Wieso tust du dir das eigentlich an? Du bist beim Mac gut gesichert nun hast du mit sophos einen echten Speicherfresser an Board geholt. Deinstallier das und bleib bei der Free-Version von Malwarebytes.

Hallo Dante,
ich habe eine SanDisk SSD 240 GB eingesetzt. Die Neuinstallation von SnowLeopard von der 2010 mitgelieferten DVD beginnt und meldet "noch ungefähr 20 Minuten", bricht aber immer wieder ab mit "Das Installationsprogramm konnte die benötigten Zusatzdateien nicht kopieren." Hast du einen Vorschlag?

Hast du die SSD selbst eingebaut? Ich glaube das Snow Leopard keine SSD unterstützt. Reinige die DVD und versuche es nochmal.

Du hattest doch vorher Sierra drauf wieso jetzt zurück auf Snow Leopard?

Wenn du Zugriff auf einen andere Mac Rechner hast dann erstelle doch mal einen USB-Stick mit High Sierra und versuche die Installation damit:

1. Lade Hight Sierra vom Apple Store herunter
2. Wenn das Installationsprogramm startet, beende es bitte mit CMD + Q
3. Stecke den USB-Stick in einen Port und öffne dein Terminal.
4. Finde im Terminal heraus wie dein USB-Stick benannt wurde evtl. musst du vorher formatieren.

Im Terminal folgendes eingeben:

ls -a /Volumes/

damit werden alles Laufwerke aufgelistet. Suche bitte den Namen deines USB-Sticks und gebe folgendes danach in das Terminal ein (kopieren und einfügen):

sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/MyVolume

Ändere MyVolume mit den Namen deines USB-Sticks, drücke danach ENTER und gebe dein Admin-Passwort ein.

Hinweis 1: Das Admin-Passwort ist im Terminal nicht sichtbar, eingaben werden aber angenommen.
Hinweis 2: Wenn dein USB-Stick Leerzeichen enthält dann gibst du das erste Wort des USB-Sticks ein und vervollständigst es mit der Tab-Taste.

Ein Beispiel-Name mit Leerzeichen (z.B. Ordner) sieht im Terminal so aus:

Du siehst mit dem backslash kannst du Leerzeichen im Terminal überbrücken.

5. Wenn dein USB-Stick fertig ist starte den Rechner neu und boote damit. Drücke dir die Daumen das es funktioniert.

Hallo dante12,
ja, SSD und Speicher selbst eingebaut. Bei Verwendung der (gereinigten) DVD wird das damalige OS aufgespielt. Von dieser sauberen Neuinstallation wollte ich dann hoch zu Sierra, was nach wie vor nicht gelungen ist. Ich hatte aber ein Backup auf externer FP, so dass das MBP wieder läuft: excellent.

Wenn du es noch nicht hast, lade dir AppCleaner herunter wähle Mac Auto Fixer aus und entferne es. Einige Dateien befinden sich in den Systemordnern und müssen mit deinem Admin-Passwort zu löschen bestätigt werden. Das sind die Dateien wo nicht automatisch ein Haken gesetzt ist. Setze also den Haken und lösche mit deinem Admin-PWD. Achte bitte darauf, dass wirklich nur die zu Auto Fixer dazugehörigen Dateien gelöscht werden.
Starte den Rechner neu und erstelle danach bitte ein EtreCheck-Log.

mein MBP Retina 13", Ende 2013, OS X 10.9.5 zeigt beim Start weißen Screen mit der einzigen Meldung "Unapproved caller. SecurityAgent may only be invoked by Apple software." ich komme daher nicht auf den Finder, um etwas zu löschen. Start und Ausschalten lässt sich nur durch die Stromzufuhr realisieren. Hast du einen Vorschlag?
