Trojaner GVU-Interpol-Bundespolizei

Hallo Board-Gemeinde,

auf dem Rechner meiner Eltern hat sich ein Trojaner niedergelassen.
Dies ist nun schon das vierte Mal, nur diesmal die Variante, die sich durch das Hochfahren im abgesicherten Modus und scannen mit Anti-Malware von Malwarebytes oder den Norton Power Eraser nicht finden bzw entfernen lässt. Ein Hochfahren im abgesicherten Modus ist gar nicht erst möglich..
Als AV-Programm wird ein kostenloses von AVG verwendet. Installiert ist WinXP SP3.
Leider weiß ich ihnen nun nicht mehr zu helfen und versuche es bei Euch.

EDIT: Ich habe schon eine OTLPE CD erstellt. Damit lässt sich booten. Nur weiß ich nicht, was ich genau machen muss.
