Plagegeister aller Art und deren Bekämpfung: GMX Account gesperrt - hab ich Schadsoftware auf meinem Rechner?

gmx zeigt mir wenn ich Mail versenden möchte folgende Meldung:

Ich habe natürlich gleich meinen Rechner mit Microsoft Security Essentials und Malwarebytes mit einem Vollscan nach Schadsoftware durchsucht.

Es wurde von beiden nichts gefunden.

Passwort bei GMX hab ich natürlich geändert.

Nun habe ich gerade bei GMX angerufen.
Mein Konto wurde nach Überprüfung der Adressdaten wieder entsperrt.
Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt das mein Konto vorsorglich gesperrt wurde und kein Spam Versand oder fremd zugriff erfolgt ist.

Das kein Spam versendet wurde kann ich ja nachvollziehen im Postausgang oder kann das über Unkix und Konsolenbefehle umgangen werden?
Aber woher will GMX wissen das kein Fremdzugriff auf dem Konto stattgefunden hat.
Falls ich z.b. einen Keylogger auf dem Rechner haben sollte könnte sich ja jeder mit dem
"richtigen" PW einloggen...

Nun bin ich natürlich ein bissel verunsichert.
Meine Rechner sind eig. recht Sicher.

Ich surfe nicht mit einem Windows 7 Admin Konto
Ich hallte meine Software aktuell
Ich habe die Windows Firewall mit Binisoft Firewall Controll konfiguriert.
Ich habe Microsoft Security Essentials und Malwarebytes laufen
Ich nutze im Firefox einen Script Blocker

Sollte ich Panik bekommen oder lieber nix machen?

hab Gestern mal alle meine Rechner mit Avira Rescue CD und Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 CDs gescant.

Bei beiden keine Bedrohung gefunden, nur Warnungen:

- Bad compressed data
- Unexpected end of file


Und ich habe hier im Netzwerk 3 Rechner.
habe aber erst mal nur den Hauptrechner mit OTL gescant

PC läuft ja Super, aber ist ja Sinn und Zweck einer guten Schadsoftware
das der PC läuft und man nix merkt
Hab halt nur "Panik" wegen der GMX Sperrung wie im ersten Beitrag geschrieben...

Starte bitte mit der Passage, Windows Vista und Windows 7
Bitte beginne damit, Windows Updates zu instalieren.
Am besten geht dies, wenn du über Start, Suchen gehst, und dort Windows Updates eingibst.
Prüfe unter "Einstellungen ändern" dass folgendes ausgewählt ist:
- Updates automatisch Instalieren,
- Täglich
- Uhrzeit wählen
- Bitte den gesammten rest anhaken, außer:
- detailierte benachichtungen anzeigen, wenn neue Microsoft software verfügbar ist.
Klicke jetzt die Schaltfläche "OK"
Klicke jetzt "nach Updates suchen".
Bitte instaliere zunächst wichtige Updates.
Es wird nötig sein, den PC zwischendurch neu zu starten. falls dies der Fall ist, musst du erneut über Start, Suchen, Windows Update aufrufen, auf Updates suchen klicken und die nächsten instalieren.
Mache das selbe bitte mit den optionalen Updates.
Bitte übernimm den rest so, wie es im Abschnitt windows 7 / Vista zu lesen ist.
aus dem Abschnitt xp, bitte den punkt "datenausführungsverhinderung, dep" übernehmen.

Sandboxie
Die devinition einer Sandbox ist hier nachzulesen:

Kurz gesagt, man kann Programme fast 100 %ig isuliert vom System ausführen.

Der Vorteil liegt klar auf der Hand, wenn über den Browser Schadcode eingeschläust wird, kann dieser nicht nach außen dringen.

bitte folgende zusatz konfiguration machen:
sandboxie control öffnen, menü sandbox anklicken, defauldbox wählen.
dort klicke auf sandbox einstellungen.
beschrenkungen, bei programm start und internet zugriff schreibe:
chrome.exe
dann gehe auf anwendungen, webbrowser, chrome.
dort aktiviere alles außer gesammten profil ordner freigeben.
Wie du evtl. schon gesehen hast, kannst du einige Funktionen nicht nutzen.
Dies ist nur in der Vollversion nötig, zu deren Kauf ich dir rate.
Du kannst zb unter "Erzwungene Programmstarts" festlegen, dass alle Browser in der Sandbox starten.
Ansonsten musst du immer auf "Sandboxed webbrowser" klicken bzw Rechtsklick, in Sandboxie starten.
Eine lebenslange Lizenz kostet 30 €, und ist auf allen deinen PC's nutzbar.

in den settings zusätzlich auswählen:

Backup Programm:
in meiner Anleitung ist bereits ein Backup Programm verlinkt, als Alternative bietet sich auch das Windows eigene Backup Programm an:

Dies ist aber leider nur für Windows 7 Nutzer vernünftig nutzbar.
Alle Anderen sollten sich aber auf jeden fall auch ein Backup Programm instalieren, denn dies kann unter Umständen sehr wichtig sein, zum Beispiel, wenn die Festplatte einmal kaputt ist.

Zum Schluss, die allgemeinen sicherheitstipps beachten, wenn es dich betrifft, den Tipp zum Onlinebanking beachten und alle Passwörter ändern

surfe jetzt also nur noch im standard nutzer konto und dort in der sandbox.
wenn du die kostenlose version nutzt, dann mit klick auf sandboxed web browser, wenn du die bezahlversion hast, kannst du erzwungene programm starts festlegen, dann wird Sandboxie immer gestartet wenn du nen browser aufrufst.
wenn du mit der maus über den browser fährst sollte der eingerahmt sein, dann bist du im sandboxed web browser


zum thema passwort sicherheit.
1. du benötigst für jeden!!! dienst ein extra passwort.
du musst alle passwörter endern.
2. du benötigst ein sicheres, mindestens 12-stelliges passwort
dabei hilft dir roboform:
Passwort Manager, Formular Ausfueller, Passwort Management | RoboForm Passwort Manager
dies ist eine passwort verwalltung, und ein tool, welches passwörter erstellen kann!
setze die maßnamen um, melde dich beim gmx kunden suport, sende ihn den link zum thread, teile ihnen mit, dass du jetzt sichere passwörter erstellst, den pc abgesichert, und keine malware drauf hast, und das sie deinen account freischalten können.

Also Passwörter habe ich alle schon von Arbeit (Wir sind ein IT-Sicherheitsdienstleister) aus geändert.
Sind aber alle nur 6 bis 10 Stellen lang, je nachdem wie Sensibel und natürlich alles andere PW`s als vorher. (Schema: mKh10kBk) ja keine Sonderzeichen aber reicht doch oder? Die meisten Anbieter schieben ja Brute-Force Angriffen einen Riegel vor.. außer GMX

Gmail und Paypal haben sogar Zweiwege-Authentifizierung.
D.h. es wird vor dem einloggen noch Benutzername und PW noch ein Code aufs Handy geschickt udn erst dann gehts rein...


Zur AV Software.

Ich nutze seit gut einem Jahr Microsoft Security Essentials, BiniSoft Firewall Controll und Malewarebytes als Freeware.

Seit dem habe ich auf meinem System nie eine Schadsoftware gefunden.

Hältst Du es wirklich für nötig zu Emi Soft Anti Maleware zu wechseln?

Kömmer das irgendwie direkter machen das ich gelich fragen stellen kann und nicht 1 Tag warten "muss" Wann hättest da mal Zeit?

Google Chrome möchte ich eig. nicht benutzen und bei Firefox bleiben.

hab ich mal eins vor 5 Monaten gemacht, bei 3 Rechner ist das echt nervig ^^
Da hab ich ned wirklich Lust zu.
Habe alle wichtigen Bilder, *.doc`s etc auf 2 externen HDD`s der Rest ist vernachlässigbar.

roboform
hab mal einen Account angelegt.
Woher weiß ich das meine PWs da sicher sind?
Die werden bei Roboform auf dem Server gespeichert?

Die free Version speichert max. 10 Logins.
Die Auffüllfunktion mit Pers. Daten hab ich noch gefunden

hi, ich persönlich nutze emsisoft, und hab kaum malware gefunden, die an der verhaltensanalyse vorbei geht.
sie haben halt kein marketing, aber die arbeiten wirklich kunden orientiert. da kannst du nachts um 12 uhr ne suport anfrage stellen und bekommst noch ne antwort.
also chip tan ist das beste was man machen kann, handys kann man ja im prinzip auch mit malware infizieren.
ich würd in die passwörter noch sonderzeichen und umlaute einbauen
roboform war nur nen vorschlag, da ja einige viele verschiedene logins haben.
firewall control benötigst du trotzdem.
dienste konfigurieren brauchst du nicht, gilt für xp
hattest du bei sehop den abschnitt automatisch gesehen, tool laden, ausführen, fertig :-)
chrome:
ist aber sicherer und sollte schneller als ff sein, schon mal angesehen?
roboform: sind mir keine sicherheitslücken bekannt

Naja Support hab ich noch nie bei irgendeiner Software benötigt.
Das ist für mich kein Kaufargument.
Ich werd denk ich bei "meinen" Produkten bleiben.

Ja, meine Bank bietet leider nur SMS Tan an, aber ich Denke mit meinem Windows 7 Phone bin ich recht sicher, is ja kein Androide ^^
Und banksingsoftware ist ja auch nochmal ein bissel sicherer als im Browser.

Echt? Win7 Dienste sind alle unsicheren schon deaktiviert?

Wenn ich dann Sandboxie verwende geht Firefox doch auch oder?
