Hallo,

also ich habe mich bei Google und auch hier Informiert, sogar Lösungsvorschläge gefunden und befolgt, doch leider ohne erfolg.

Mein Problem:
Heute kam über das Soziale Netzwerk "Facebook" ein Virus auf sämtliche Rechner. Habe ihn laut "Avira" und "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" auch schon beseitigt.
Jedoch komme ich einfach nicht mehr in die Ordner auf meinem USB Stick. Es sind nur noch, ich nenne es mal "Fake - Verknüpfungen". Der Grund warum ich dies tue ist, das sie mir als Verknüpfung mit 2kb Speicher angezeigt werden, vom Arbeitsplatz aus jedoch noch 10GB Speicher besetzt ist.
Also ich komme einfach nicht dahinter wie ich das wieder beseitigen soll. Ich hoffe auf schnelle Hilfe und bedanke mich hiermit auch im Voraus für alle Versuche.

Bitte routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten.
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!


Danach OTL-Custom:


CustomScan mit OTL

Falls noch nicht vorhanden, lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop
  • Starte bitte die OTL.exe.
    Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
  • Kopiere nun den Inhalt in die Textbox.

Der Stick war von einem Freund. Ich weiß nicht was ein Keygen ist. Bin kein Computerspezialist. TuneUp, weiß nicht hat mir mein Kumpel empfohlen, wie gesagt damit kenn ich mich aus. Aber heißt das jetzt ich bekomme keine weiter Hilfe?

Folge dem Artikel zur Neuinstallation von Windows - lass die Finger von illegaler Software und auch von Schlangenöl wie Tuneup oder Registrybereinigern.

Ich kann doch nicht einfach mein System Neu Aufsetzen. Es geht mir ja um meine Exterene Festplatte wo meine ganzen Bilder, Wichtige Dateien ect drauf sind.

*Edit* Genutzt habe ich den Keygen nicht, denn das ist der Stick von meinem Kumpel.

Niemand sagt, dass du die externe Platte löschen sollst! Behalte aber nur private Dateien, KEINE ausführbaren Datein (Programme/Spiele oder Setups davon)

Nein ich TuneUp gekauft auf Empfehlung meines Freundes.

Das Problem ist ja das meine Festplatte und deren Ordner alle nur noch als Verknüpfungen dargestellt werden..

Über Ubuntu die Verknüpfungen löschen und wenn das System frisch ist, kann man die Attribute ändern. Sag ich dir dann wie.

Ich habe TuneUp schon recht lang aber den Stick erst seit 1 Woche oder so. Tut mir leid, ich wusste nicht was ein Keygen sein soll. Ich habe das nicht angeklickt. Ich habs ja auch gelöscht da ich nicht weiß was es ist, wurde mir aber von Malewarebytes als Virus angezeigt.

Naja, ich werde wohl alles neu machen.
