Halli Hallo. Ich habe so ziemlich das selbe Problem und dachte da poste ich direkt auch mal in den Thread da ich mit meinem Latein absolut am Ende bin. Bei mir öffnet sich jedesmal wenn ich Firefox starte die Fehlermeldung von Antivir.
Als Datei gibt er mir "C:/Windows/System32/d3dsbsd.dll" an. Trojaner ist: "TR/Agent.ruo".

Ich habe auch schon Osam mal scannen lassen und würde das hier direkt mal Posten.

Bitte mit OSAM deaktivieren (siehe Anleitung zu OSAM). Poste danach ein neues Log von OSAM und lass die Datei (falls noch vorhanden)

bei https://www.Virustotal.com auswerten. Bitte dann den Ergebnislink posten.

Moin Moin, Dankeschön für die schnelle Antwort. Habe die Datei wie beschrieben entfernt. Zumindest kam jetzt beim scannen von Osam keine Trojanermeldung mehr. Beim öffnen von Firefox kommt immer noch die Fehlermeldung. Ich poste mal den aktuellen Osam Report.

Habe grad nochmal bei Virustotal scannen lassen. Da leuchtets ordentlich rot auf!

Der Rootkittreiber ist aber weg.
Mach bitte Kontrollscans (Vollscans) mit Malwarebytes und SUPERAntiSpyware und poste die Logs.
Denk dran beide Tools zu updaten vor dem Scan!!

So habe mir beiden Programmen nochmal alles gescannt...Es wurden jeweils 2 Trojanerdateien erkannt. Bei Malwarebytes wurde diese Entfernt. Bei Super-AntiSpyware wurde sie in die Quarantäne verschoben. Ein Log von Super-Anitspyware habe ich nicht gefunden.

Zumindest ist aber das erste Problem (das Antivir sich immer öffnet wenn ich Firefox starte) behoben. Dafür auf jedenfall ein riesen DAnkeschön und großes Lob für die freundliche und schnelle Hilfe.
