Trojaner-Board - HEVA oder HEUA Trojaner

Hey Leute hab ein riesen Problem...
und zwar hab ich ein Laptop mit Kaspersky drauf der einmal kurz einen Trojaner erkannt hat namens HEVA oder HEUA... doch nun kann ich mit keinen Programm in internet kein FIREFOXund kein outlook.. und kaspersky findet auch nichts mehr.. nur mit dem IE geht das einigermaßen...
wäre schön in der nächsten stunde ne antwort zubekommen...
