S-M-A-R-T check virus ! Alle Datei sind weg! :(
 

Hallo ich brauche dringend hilfe...
Bin zur zeit in australien und kenne mich nicht wirklich mit Computern aus.
Vor ein paar Tagen hat sich mein Laptop einfach ausgeschaltet nach dem Neustart wurden mehrere Fenster geöffnet worduch ich erfahren habe das ich den sogenannten Smart Check virus habe. Mein Dektop ist Weiß und wenn ich auf den Starbutton gehe wird nichts mehr angezeigt.Nach einem komplett scan werden die Fenster die zu erst immer aufgingen nicht mehr angezeigt aber meine Dateien sind trotzdem "WEG". Habe mir jetzt anti maleware runtergeladen und einen scan durchgeführt. Es wurden zwei Viren gefunden, soll ich diese jetzt entfernen und wie bekomme ich meine Dateien wieder das ist unglaublich wichtig????? :)

Meine logdateien hoffe mir kann jetzt jemand helfen... das ist wirklich super dringend und sehr wichtig für mich!

• Lies dir meine Anleitungen, die ich im Laufe dieses Strangs hier posten werde, aufmerksam durch. Frag umgehend nach, wenn dir irgendetwas unklar sein sollte, bevor du anfängst meine Anleitungen umzusetzen.

• Bitte nur Scans durchführen zu denen du von einem Helfer aufgefordert wurdest! Installiere / Deinstalliere keine Software ohne Aufforderung!
  
  
• Poste die Logfiles direkt in deinen Thread (bitte in CODE-Tags) und nicht als Anhang, ausser du wurdest dazu aufgefordert. Logs in Anhängen erschweren mir das Auswerten!
