Windows gesperrt- 50 Euro Zahlung....
 
Ich hab Windows normal gestartet nach der korreckten passwort eingabe ist dan mein Bildschirm schwarz geworden und ich sollte eine 50 Euro zahlung vornehmen um ihn zu entsperren. ich bin leider wirklich kein profi. ich hab schon Microsoft Essentiel durchlaufen lassen reicht das?

Berichte mir bitte kurz und genau, was Du am PC machen kannst?
1. Windows starten u. Befehle ausführen im normalen Modus?
2. Windows starten u. Befehle ausführen im abgesicherten Modus?:-> Drücke beim Hochfahren des Rechners [F8] -> Hinweise zum Arbeiten im abgesicherten Modus
3. ins Internet gehen über "Abgesicherter Modus mit Netzwerktreibern" - z.B Programme herunterladen?
Drücke beim Hochfahren des rechners [F8] solange, bis du eine auswahlmöglichkeit hast:

- Abgesicherter Modus
- Abgesicherter Modus mit Netzwerktreibern
- Abgesicherter Modus mit Eingabeaufforderung

Noch ein kleiner Tipp zu Punkt 1. und 2.:
den PC komplett vom Netz/Internet trennen und so schauen, ob der Schädling in diesem Situation auch aktiv?

Ich möchte mich erstmal bedanken das du mir hilfst. Wenn es geht möchte ich mein Laptop so bereinigen und kein Backup machen. Also ich kann Windows auch ohne abgesicherten Modus starten, wenn ich in meine Profil gehe ist der bildschirm gesperrt, wenn ich mich allerdings über den Taskmanager auslogge und bei meinem Vater ins profil gehe hab ich keiner lei probleme! Microsoft Essentiel und Avira haben dan auch gleich automatisch eine system prüfung gemacht, haben auch was gefunden aber es hat sich leider nichts getan....

Neu Ereignisse ich wollte OTL gerade noch einmal im abgesicherten modus durchlaufen lassen über meinen administrator account, aber ich kann den abgesicherten modus nciht straten auch wenn ich "mehrmals" die F8 taste drücke fährt er einfach normal hoch und ich komm nichts ins menü. Habs jetzt auch schon 3x probiert.

Den Laptop im sicheren modus starten geht immer noch nicht und gerade ist mir aufgefallen das ich auch bei videos oder der gleichen keinen ton bekommen. nicht mit kopfhörern und der laptop gibt auch keinen mucks von sich. ich brauche bitte hilfe! wenns geht heute noch... ich benutze den laptop für die ausbildung ich muss ganz dringend noch meine arbeiten zu ende schreiben =(

Also ich weiß auch nicht, irgendwie ändert sich der zustand vom laptop immer. Mittlerweile geht er manchmal einfach mittendrin aus obwohl ich gerade am schreiben bin, dan probeir ich anzumachen und nach 2 sekunden geht er immer aus. beim 4ten Versuch geht er dan an und diesmal geht sogar der gesicherte modus und wenn ich kein internet anshcluss dran hab kommt auch nicht die fehlermeldung dafür geht er aber einfach nach 5-10 minuten aus. sogar die lautsprecher funktionieren ohne internet! Mein laptop braucht wirklich dringend hilfe! ich hab angst das meine daten verloren gehen.

Unbootbares System mit OTLPE Network scannen
  • Lade OTLPENet.exe von OldTimer herunter und speichere sie auf Deinem Desktop.
    Anmerkung: Die Datei ist ca. 120 MB groß und es wird bei langsamer Internet-Verbindung ein wenig dauern, bis Du sie runtergeladen hast.
  • Wenn der Download fertig ist, mache einen Doppelklick auf die Datei und beantworte die Frage "Do you want to burn the CD?" mit Yes.
  • Lege eine leere CD in Deinen Brenner.
  • ImgBurn (oder Dein Brennprogramm) wird das Archiv extrahieren und OTLPE Network auf die CD brennen.
  • Wenn der Brenn-Vorgang abgeschlossen ist, wirst Du eine Dialogbox sehen => "Operation successfully completed".
  • Du kannst nun die Fenster des Brennprogramms schließen.
  • Starte das unbootbare System neu und boote von der CD, die Du gerade erstellt hast.
    Anmerkung: Wenn Du nicht weißt, wie Du Deinen Computer dazu bringst, von CD zu booten, dann folge diesen Schritten hier.
  • Dein System sollte nach einigen Minuten den REATOGO-X-PE Desktop anzeigen.
  • Mache einen Doppelklick auf das OTLPE Icon.
  • Wenn Du gefragt wirst "Do you wish to load the remote registry", dann wähle Yes.
  • Wenn Du gefragt wirst "Do you wish to load remote user profile(s) for scanning", dann wähle Yes.
  • Vergewissere Dich, dass die Box "Automatically Load All Remaining Users" gewählt ist und drücke OK.
  • OTLpe sollte nun starten.

  • Drücke Run Scan, um den Scan zu starten.
  • Wenn der Scan fertig ist, werden die Dateien C:\OTL.Txt und C:\Extras.Txt gesichert und mit Notepad++ geöffnet.
  • Kopiere diese Datei auf Deinen USB-Stick, wenn Du keine Internetverbindung auf diesem System hast.
  • Bitte poste den Inhalt von C:\OTL.Txt und Extras.Txt in diesen Thread.
Falls Du kein Brennprogramm hast:

ISOBurner
Das Programm wird Dir erlauben, OTLPE auf eine CD zu brennen und sie bootfähig zu machen.
Du brauchst das Tool nur zu installieren, der Rest läuft automatisch => Wie brenne ich eine ISO Datei auf CD/DVD.

Ich würde Dir vorsichtshalber raten, dein Passwort zu ändern (man sollte alle 3-4 Monate machen)
z.B. Login-, Mail- oder Website-Passwörter
Tipps:
Die sichere Passwort-Wahl - (sollte man eigentlich regelmäßigen Abständen ca. alle 3-5 Monate ändern)
auch noch hier unter: Sicheres Kennwort (Password)
