Trojaner-Board - Internet Extrem langsam, brauche dringend hilfe!

Hallo zusammen!
Ich habe eine DSL 6000 Leitung der Telekom,
seit ungefähr 2 Wochen ist mein Internet allerdings extrem langsam,
Der Speedtest auf wieistmeineip ergab folgendes:
Download-Geschwindigkeit: [-]

Upload-Geschwindigkeit: [-]

(3 kByte/s)

Ich habe meinen Computer mit Spybot S&D, Avast und Hijackthis auf Viren und sonstiges überprüft, es wurde allerdings nichts gefunden.
Es spielt keine Rolle über welchem Computer ich im Internet bin, ob ich alleine über wlan oder Kabel mit dem Internet verbunden bin, oder wlan aktiviert oder deaktiviert ist, mein up bzw download schwankt zwischen 3kByte/s und 60 kByte/s.

Es laufen weder Messenger oder Updates im hintergrund.
Die Telekom hat meine Leitung überprüft, mit dem Ergebnis dass die Leitung in Ordnung ist.
Das komische an der sache, mein Router zeigt mir auch die volle Geschwindigkeit an, allerdings merke ich davon leider nichts mehr.
