Trojaner-Board - Offen Festplatte über Nacht voll (Win7)

Hallo!

Ich habe auf meinem Laptop eine 150 GB Festplatte, die plötzlich ohne mein Zutun voll belegt ist.

Gestern Nacht hatte ich noch gute 40 - 50 GB frei, ging schlafen und ließ den Computer über Nacht laufen.
Heute früh waren nur noch ca. 200 MB frei.
Meine 1. Reaktion war den Ordner Downloads zu leeren (ca. 20GB) damit ich HijackThis installieren konnte.

Wenn ich hijack this verwende kommt nach 1 Sekunde die Meldung

notepad C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
 

and press Enter, find the file(s) HijackThis reports and delete them.

Save the file as 'hosts'. (with quotes), and reboot.

Wenn ich auf OK klicke geht es allerdingds weiter.

Bitte helft mir.

Mir ist klar, dass es zu diesem Thema schon Beiträge gibt, aber ich bin daraus leider nicht schlau geworden.
