Ok. Bitte nun Logs mit GMER und OSAM erstellen und posten.
GMER stürzt häufiger ab, wenn das Tool auch beim 2. Mal nicht will, lass es einfach weg und führ nur OSAM aus - die Online-Abfrage durch OSAM bitte überspringen.
Bei OSAM bitte darauf auch achten, dass Du das Log auch als *.log und nicht *.html oder so abspeicherst.

Downloade Dir danach bitte MBRCheck (by a_d_13) und speichere die Datei auf dem Desktop.

Doppelklick auf die MBRCheck.exe.
Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
Das Tool braucht nur wenige Sekunden.
Danach solltest du eine MBRCheck_<Datum>_<Uhrzeit>.txt auf dem Desktop finden.

Das problem ist zurzeit vorallem, dass der laptop etwa 15 minuten braucht um zu starten! :( und wenn er mal gestartet ist braucht er für jede aktion eine eweigkeit :(

danke, bin sie am durcharbeiten, schritt 1 kann ich jedoch nicht machen, da bei mir im startmenue ja immernoch alles unsichtbar ist. :(

ja, hatte ich schon, da wurden jedoch nur einzelne ordner wieder sichtbar, im startmenue wurden die schaltflächen jedoch nicht angezeigt :(

Notfalls ja.
Ab und zu kommt es aber leider vor, dass das Benutzerprofil einen Defekt kriegt nach Bereinigungen. Erstell dir daher vllt erstmal testweise ein neues Benutzerkonto über die Systemsteuerung und log dich damit ein, sieh nach ob da alles ohne Probleme läuft.

habe ein neues konto erstellt, leider wurden im startmenue immernoch die meisten schaltflächen als "leer" angezeigt. (ausser die programme, die ich nach der beseitigung des trojaners neu installiert habe. :(

hab unhide nochmals laufen lassen. hat leider nichts gebracht :(

Starte die SM.bat.

Vista und Win7 User: Mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"

Berichte bitte ob dein Start Menü nun wieder OK ist :)
