öffne es, registerkarte aktualisierung, programm updaten. dann alle laufenden programme, auch antivirus abschalten, internetverbindung trennen, komplett scan laufen lassen, eventuelle funde löschen, log posten.

die heuristik ist zb nicht auf hoch. endere das und vergleiche doch einfach mal, dann siehst du was du nicht übernommen hast
