Trojaner-Board - Hilfe!!

Ich hab da ein recht großes Problem.

Mein Rechner fängt an wie wild mit mails um sich zu schmeißen und ich kann nichts dagegen machen.
Es läuft wie folgt ab:

Irgendwann zeigt sich in meiner Taskleiste ein Icon das mir anzeigt das ichgrade eine E-mail sende, darauf zeigt sich mein NAV2004 undten rechts und wartet auf die E-mail prüfung. Da ich in meiner NPF2004 meine Laufwerke als vertrauliche Daten angegeben habe bekomme ich dann auch schon eine Sicherheitswarung. Ich würde eine E-Mail senden in deren inhalt oder Anhang vertrauliche Daten enthalten währen. Der Path zu der Datei ist dann zu sehen

"****\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Moonlight\Lokale Einstellungen\Temp\CC2d.tmp"

Ich habe eine dieser Dateien etwas unter die Lupe genommen und das war der inhalt

Das ganze wiederholt sich bis zu 50 mal pro prüfungsanzeige (unten rechts auf dem desktop), und diese "Zuckungen" hat der Rechner dann so 100 mal hintereinander.

Ich habe das nicht geschrieben und doch soll das eine dieser E-mails sein.
Ich habe die Virusdeffinition vom 25.08.2004 in meinem NAV2004 und selbst im abgesicherten Modus findet das teil keinen virus oder wurm oder sonst was.
Was auch noch seltsam ist, das wenn ich nicht davor sitzen bleibe und immer die sicherheitswarungen ansehe, sich die e-mail protection (CCAPP.EXE) in luft auflöst und es so richtig rund geht.

Ich habe keinen blassen schimmer was das soll´und ich bin für jede hilfe dankbar...
