hallo,
seit gestern öffmet sich beim öfnen des IE ein fenster :
system error your computer was infected by unknown trojan ...

ich hab hier im forum schon davon gelesen allerdings nur bei Win XP, habe aller dings windows vista (home premium)...
könnt ihr mir helfen? das fenster nervt nämlich total

Setze ein Häckchen in das Kästchen vor den genannten Eintrag
und wähle fix checked. + starte den Rechner neu.

ich habe jetzt alle vorgeschriebenen einträge "gefixt" und zwar so wie ihr gesagt habt...
1.)2.es ist aber leider immer noch nicht weg...was hab ich falsch gemacht? bzw was soll ich jetzt noch machen ???:(

gehe bitte in den Ordner HijackThis, dort findest du eine Datei - Backups - klicke an + starte den Rechner neu
dann berichte, ob die Fehlermeldung weg ist.

ich hab überall geguckt aber ich hab kein ordner für hijack this... aber wenn ich das programm öffne steht da "view the list of backups" kann man das da irgendwie rückgängig machen?

und wenn ich das andere noch mal reinkopiere soll ich dann beide zusammen nehmen oder einzeln??? das kopiere ich dann also hier rein (also erst kopieren und dann werd ich ja gefragt wegen neustart soll ich ok drücken?)

und dann noch mal mit hijack this ein log hier rein posten???

in dieser backup-liste findest du rechts einen Button: Restore..klicke ihn an, starte den rechner neu + poste das neue Log vom HijackThis + berichte, ob die Fehlermeldung noch kommt
