Verschlüsselungstrojaner Virus - Dateien lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen
 

Hallo neues Board/Community,

Ihr seit meine allerletzte Hoffnung.
Im Laufe des gestrigen Nachmittages hat sich meine Freundin auf meinem Rechner einen Virus eingefangen.
Seit dem Zeitpunkt an, lassen sich keine Dateien mehr öffnen und alles scheint beschädigt zu sein.

Ich werde aufgefordert Geld zu bezahlen. Hier die original Meldung:

Im jedem Ordner unter der Struktur "Dokumente" wurden 3 Dateien mit dem Namen "+REcovER+ htwng+ erzeugt. Einmal eine .txt, eine .png, und eine .html.

Ich bin bereit jeden Schritt zu Lösung des Problems anzugehen.
Zur Zeit schreibe ich meine Bachelorarbeit, die sich natürlich jetzt auch nicht mehr öffnen lässt und mir 4 Tage Arbeit geklaut hat.

Gibt es irgendwelche Ansätze, oder ist der PC komplett verloren?

Ich bin über jede Hilfestellung sehr sehr dankbar!
