Trojaner-Board - TR/Agent.BI

Hallo,

der o.g. Trojaner macht mir Sorgen. Denn weder AntiVir noch Spybot noch AdAware finden bzw. vernichten ihn. Nur AntiVir bringt immer wieder ein PopUp, daß dieunddie Datei der o.g. Trojaner ist. In diesem Board hab ich schon eine Anleitung gefunden (da hatte jemand genau das gleiche Problem). Diese habe ich auch bis zu einem gewissen Punkt befolgt. Dann verließ mich aber der Mut - ich wollte nicht irgendwelche Dateien löschen; erstens habe ich nicht wirklich große Ahnung von Computern, und zweitens ist es nicht mal mein eigener Rechner ;).
Was ich bereits getan habe: eScan runtergeladen und folgende eScan_neu.txt erstellen lassen:

Sieht nicht wirklich gut aus, oder?

Dann habe ich Spybot - Search & Destroy durchlaufen lassen. Der hat aber nur 4 Einträge eines DSO Exploit gefunden.
Danach hab ich die Sokoban.zip gelöscht (was schade ist, da ich das gern mal wieder gespielt hätte). Dann habe ich abschließend die 3 im Ordner AVPersonal/Infected befindlichen Dateien gelöscht.

Dann verließ mich - wie oben schon erwähnt - der Mut.

Deshalb meine Frage: Was kann ich tun? Könnte ich die C:\Windows/sys011.exe bzw. deren fast gleichnamige Kumpels einfach löschen? Oder würden sich dadurch meine Probleme bzw. die Probleme der Person, der der Rechner gehört, noch vervielfachen?

Ich würde mich freuen, Antwort und Hilfe zu bekommen (möglichst idiotensicher erklärt, da ich rechnertechnisch nur über gepflegtes Halbwissen verfüge). Vielen Dank im Voraus!!
