Phising Mail Link geöffnet -> nun Trojaner etc?
 
Hallo,
Ich habe eine Mail (HTML) erhalten, bei der ich aufgefordert wurde einen Bankdatenabgleich durchzuführen (mit meinem Amazon Account). Da die Email mich mit meinem echten Namen angesprochen hat bin ich erst nicht stutzig geworden.
Ich habe dummerweise :headbang: den link in der Mail geöffnet und bin auf folgende Seite gelangt:

Hier bin ich mir meines Fehlers bewusst geworden, dass es sich sicher nicht um eine Amazon Seite handelt. (Hätte trotz Log-In Versuch mit falschem User und falschen Passwort trotzdem eine Dateneingabe machen können).

Ich habe die Browserseite geschlossen und versucht die Email zu löschen. Es ging leider nicht. Erst als ich die Email im Text-Format anzeigen lies, hat dies geklappt.

Jetzt befürcht ich, dass ich mir einen Trojaner oder vergleichbares eingefangen haben könnte. Heute hat mein Bildschirm kurzzeitig geflackert und es ist 2-3 mal für kurz (ca. 1. Sekunde) ein mir fremder Destophintergrund erschienen. Auch ging das CD Fach einfach auf.

Ein Scan mit Symantec Endpoint Protection und mit Malwarebytes Anti-Malware hat keine Ergebnisse angezeit.

Muss ich mir sorgen machen und falls ja kann man das Problem mit einem Systemwiederherstellungszeitpunkt aus der Vergangenheit bereinigen?

Bitte lade dir die passende Version von Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool auf deinen Desktop: FRST Download FRST 32-Bit | FRST 64-Bit
(Wenn du nicht sicher bist: Lade beide Versionen oder unter Start > Computer (Rechtsklick) > Eigenschaften nachschauen)
  • Starte jetzt FRST.
  • Ändere ungefragt keine der Checkboxen und klicke auf Untersuchen.
  • Die Logdateien werden nun erstellt und befinden sich danach auf deinem Desktop.
  • Poste mir die FRST.txt und nach dem ersten Scan auch die Addition.txt in deinem Thread (#-Symbol im Eingabefenster der Webseite anklicken)

Downloade dir bitte Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit und speichere es auf deinem Desktop.
  • Starte bitte die mbar.exe.
  • Folge den Anweisungen auf deinem Bildschirm gemäß Anleitung zu Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit
  • Aktualisiere unbedingt die Datenbank und erlaube dem Tool, dein System zu scannen.
  • Klicke auf den CleanUp Button und erlaube den Neustart.
  • Während dem Neustart wird MBAR die gefundenen Objekte entfernen, also bleib geduldig.
  • Nach dem Neustart starte die mbar.exe erneut.
  • Sollte nochmal was gefunden werden, wiederhole den CleanUp Prozess.
Das Tool wird im erstellten Ordner eine Logfile ( mbar-log-<Jahr-Monat-Tag>.txt ) erzeugen. Bitte poste diese hier.

Starte keine andere Datei in diesem Ordner ohne Anweisung eines Helfers

Downloade dir bitte TDSSKiller TDSSKiller.exe und speichere diese Datei auf dem Desktop
  • Starte die TDSSKiller.exe - Einstellen wie in der Anleitung zu TDSSKiller beschrieben.
  • Drücke Start Scan
  • Sollten infizierte Objekte gefunden werden, wähle keinesfalls Cure. Wähle Skip und klicke auf Continue.
    TDSSKiller wird eine Logfile auf deinem Systemlaufwerk speichern (Meistens C:\)
    Als Beispiel: C:\TDSSKiller.<Version_Datum_Uhrzeit>log.txt

Hallo. Leider kann Malwaerbytes keinen Scan durchführen. Der Scan bricht ab und es kommt zu einer Fehlermeldung "This version of Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit requries you to completeley exit the Mawarebytes Anti-Malware application to continue".

Ich habe alles gemäß der Anleitung befolgt. User ist der Admin User.

Hat sich aus den ersten Log-Files bereits ergeben, dass ein Befall vorhanden ist?

Danke fuer den Hinweis. Habe mich dann schweren Herzens doch dazu entschlossen Windows neu zu installieren.
Eine Frage aber noch. Ich habe mehrere Rechner und ein NAS ueber eine FritzBox verbunden. Ist ein Befall immer auf den Rechner lokal zu beschränken oder muss ich mir v.a. Auf dem NAS sorgen machen? Hatte die anderen Rechner glaub nicht an aber halt vom befallenen Rechner auf das NAS zugegriffen.

Ach und warum hat symantec eig nicht angeschlagen? Mehr als aktuell halten kann ich ja nicht. Woran sieht man den Befall im log?

Norton ist schon lange, lange, lange absolutes Schluslicht bei allen Tests (wenn es überhaupt noch mit getestet wird.....).

Und ein AV schützt nie 100%, ist kein Freifahrtschein ;).

NAS und andere Rechner sollten sauber sein, das geht nur bei spezieller Infektion. Aber den NAS würde ich trotzdem mal durchscannen mit deinem AV Programm und/oder Malwarebytes.
