Doppeltrojaner weg - aber alle Programme/Dateien unauffindbar
 
Vor einigen Tagen wurde mein heimischer PC (Betriebssystem WinXP mit SP 3) von zwei Trojanern befallen
>>TR/fakesysdef.442368.5<< und >>TR/jorik-systemcheck.hv<<,
die ich schließlich mit Hilfe der Rescue-CD von Antivir in Quarantäne schieben konnte. Da aber danach alle Programme und Dateien unauffindbar waren, habe ich die beiden Trojaner entfernt - was, wie ich dann erfuhr, keine gute Idee gewesen sein dürfte, denn die Programme waren immer noch nicht wieder auffindbar. Auf der Antivir-HP gab es dazu noch eine Handlungsanweisung, die aber das Problem nicht behoben hat - ebensowenig wieder eine Systemwiederherstellung zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt. Nun bin ich mit dem Latein am Ende :headbang:

PS: Ich habe keine logs gepostet, weil ich keine habe... siehe oben.
PPS: Da neben allen Programmen und Dateien auch die Internetverbindung (WLAN) nicht mehr funktioniert, konnte ich auch weder malwarebytes noch Gmer oder dds auf den PC schaffen, bevor er befallen wurde (demnächst bin ich dann schlauer)

Abgesicherter Modus zur Bereinigung
  • Windows mit F8-Taste beim Start in den abgesicherten Modus bringen.
  • Starte den Rechner in den abgesicherten Modus mit Netzwerktreibern:

Abgesicherter Modus funktioniert - wie auch der normale Modus - ohne Programme und ohne Netzwerkzugriff - leider. Mit dieser F8-Taste probier ich es nachher zu Hause mal.

Nochmal: GENAU DESWEGEN ja den abgesicherten mit Netzwerktreibern! Hast du jetzt auch ausprobiert oder nicht?

Guten Morgen!
Habe es gestern abend nochmals ausprobiert... mit F8-Taste und dann im "abgesicherten Modus mit Netzwerktreibern" hochgefahren. Aber außer, dass in allen vier Ecken "abgesicherter Modus" steht ist keine Änderung zum normalen Desktop festzustellen, sprich: ich kann weder irgendwelche Programme oder Dateien aufrufen, noch kriege ich Kontakt ins internet.

Muß allerdings auch dazu erklären, dass ich mit meinem PC auch im Normalfall nur via WLAN ins Netz komme, weil der Abstand zwsichen PC und Router einfach zu groß für eine LAN-Kabel-Verbindung ist (andere Etage).

Und ich bitte meine lückenhafte IT-Unkenntnis zu entschuldigen, aber ich beschäftige mich ja erst damit, seitdem es nicht mehr funktioniert...
Und danke schon mal für die ersten Bearbeitungsschritte in meinem Anliegen!

Wenn wirklich GARNICHTS geht auch in den abgesicherten Modi nicht, dann muss man mit OTLPE ran und dsien Glück versuchen. Hilft das nicht kann man eigentlich nur noch seine Daten sichern über eine Live-CD und eine Neuinstallation von Windows durchführen

Mit einem sauberen 2. Rechner eine OTLPE-CD erstellen und den infizierten Rechner dann von dieser CD booten:

Falls Du kein Brennprogramm installiert hast, lade dir bitte ISOBurner herunter. Das Programm wird Dir erlauben, OTLPE auf eine CD zu brennen und sie bootfähig zu machen. Du brauchst das Tool nur zu installieren, der Rest läuft automatisch => Wie brenne ich eine ISO Datei auf CD/DVD.
  • Lade OTLPENet.exe von OldTimer herunter und speichere sie auf Deinem Desktop. Anmerkung: Die Datei ist ca. 120 MB groß und es wird bei langsamer Internet-Verbindung ein wenig dauern, bis Du sie runtergeladen hast.
  • Wenn der Download fertig ist, mache einen Doppelklick auf die Datei und beantworte die Frage "Do you want to burn the CD?" mit Yes.
  • Lege eine leere CD in Deinen Brenner.
  • ImgBurn (oder Dein Brennprogramm) wird das Archiv extrahieren und OTLPE Network auf die CD brennen.
  • Wenn der Brenn-Vorgang abgeschlossen ist, wirst Du eine Dialogbox sehen => "Operation successfully completed".
  • Du kannst nun die Fenster des Brennprogramms schließen.
Nun boote von der OTLPE CD. Hinweis: Wie boote ich von CD
  • Dein System sollte nach einigen Minuten den REATOGO-X-PE Desktop anzeigen.
  • Mache einen Doppelklick auf das OTLPE Icon.
  • Hinweis: Damit OTLPE auch das richtige installierte Windows scant, musst du den Windows-Ordner des auf der Platte installierten Windows auswählen, einfach nur C: auswählen gibt einen Fehler!
  • Wenn Du gefragt wirst "Do you wish to load the remote registry", dann wähle Yes.
  • Wenn Du gefragt wirst "Do you wish to load remote user profile(s) for scanning", dann wähle Yes.
  • Vergewissere Dich, dass die Box "Automatically Load All Remaining Users" gewählt ist und drücke OK.
  • OTLpe sollte nun starten.
  • Drücke Run Scan, um den Scan zu starten.
  • Wenn der Scan fertig ist, werden die Dateien C:\OTL.Txt und C:\Extras.Txt erstellt
  • Kopiere diese Datei auf Deinen USB-Stick, wenn Du keine Internetverbindung auf diesem System hast.
  • Bitte poste den Inhalt von C:\OTL.Txt und Extras.Txt.

Das Logfile müsste geöffnet werden, wenn Du nach dem Fixen auf ok klickst, poste das bitte. Evtl. wird der Rechner neu gestartet.

Die mit diesem Script gefixten Einträge, Dateien und Ordner werden zur Sicherheit nicht vollständig gelöscht, es wird eine Sicherheitskopie auf der Systempartition im Ordner "_OTL" erstellt.

Hinweis: Das obige Script ist nur für diesen einen User in dieser Situtation erstellt worden. Es ist auf keinen anderen Rechner portierbar und darf nicht anderweitig verwandt werden, da es das System nachhaltig schädigen kann!

Danach sollte Windows wieder normal starten - stell uns bitte den Quarantäneordner von OTL zur Verfügung. Dabei bitte so vorgehen:

1.) GANZ WICHTIG!! Virenscanner deaktivieren, der darf das Packen nicht beeinträchtigen!
2.) Ordner movedfiles in C:\_OTL in eine Datei zippen
3.) Die erstellte ZIP-Datei hier hochladen => http://www.trojaner-board.de/54791-a...ner-board.html
4.) Wenns erfolgreich war Bescheid sagen
5.) Erst dann wieder den Virenscanner einschalten

nö, der Rechner ist nach dem Fix weder automatisch auf Neustart gegangen noch sind beim winXP irgendwelche Änderungen hinsichtlich der Dateien und Programme festzustellen...

Was genau geht denn jetzt im abgesicherten oder normalen Modus nicht...
Sind da nur die Verknüpfungen weg, lässt er sich garnicht oder nur eingeschänkt bedienen oder geht garnichts mehr bzw bootet der Rechner nicht im normalen oder abgesicherten Modus?

also, sowohl im abgesicherten wie auch im normalen Modus fährt der PC eigentlich wie immer das winXP hoch, d.h. der erste Biildschirm mit den 4 Accounts unserer Familie ist zu sehen. Aber egal, welchen Acc. ich auch öffne, egal ob normal oder abgesicherter modus, es sind keine Dateien oder Programme verfügbar und auch kein Internetzugang. Lediglich, wenn ich eine z.B. eine Diskette mit Dokumenten (Open Office oder auch Word) einlege und die dort gespeicherten Dateien aufrufe, werden diese geöffnet. Aber das ist auch schon alles. Ich hoffe, das war jetzt verständlich genug.

Ok wenn das auch so nach dem OTLPE-Fix war, kann man wohl nicht mehr viel machen, wahrscheinlich ist dein System zerstört worden durch den Schädling oder durch deine Bereinigungsversuche mit den Rescue-Discs

Mit viel Glück hilft das hier noch: Versuch mal bitte den WindowsUnlocker von Kaspersky auszuführen und berichte, ob Windows danach wieder normal ist => Kaspersky WindowsUnlocker - Anwendung für die Bekämpfung von Ransomware


Hilft das auch nicht, kann man nur noch eine nachträgliche Datensicherung über eine Linux-Live-CD und anschließende Neuinstallation von Windows empfehlen

ok, danke, werde heut abend also noch den Kaspersky-Versuch unternehmen und dann vielleicht noch Linux-Live (ist das sowas wie ubuntu 10.10?) und am Ende den Apparat aus dem Fenster werfen oder mich.... ggf. melde ich mich nochmal mit einem abschließenden Statement. :kaffee:
