Hilfe ich kann nicht mehr

es tut mir leid aber ich ´habe nicht genug zeit um bei alten threats fragen zu stellen,. da mein internet explorer sich entweder schließt oder es kommen komische suchseiten. ich bin total am verzweifeln. seit einigen tagen habe ich kuriose toolbars auf dem rechner und einen dialer oder so etwas in der art. ich ein totaler neuling in sachen viren bekämpfung. bitte helft mir soll ich eien hijalck this log schicken??? oder was soll ich tun bitte helft mir. achso desweiteren habe ich alös startseite msn.com eingegeben, aber es kommt im hintergrund eine komische suchseite. und ich habe öfters einen ordner in windows der ssico heisst und er erstellt einne verknüpfung auf dem desktop, woducrch manchmal ein webinterface sich öffnet. ich bin für jede hilfe dankbar

so dann gibts nich im taskmanager einen prozess der sicht ysb.exe nennt, immer wenn er aktiv ist habe ich eine auslastung von 100%

Das ist fatal, dein System ist völlig ungepatcht! Grundvoraussetzung für ein sicheres System sind nunmal die unerlässlichen und kostenlosen Patches von MS.

Das eScan AntiVirus Toolkit Utility (mwav.exe) herunterladen, die Datei in den Ordner "c:\bases" (wichtig !) entpacken und danach die "kavupd.exe" (Update) ausführen.

ich habe keinen ordner c bases o_O was nun?

Den Ordner C:\bases musst du dir selbst erstellen.

ich kann das service 2 pack nicht installieren.... *mist* irgendwas von wegen cd key---

Dann installiere wenigstens die empfohlenen Updates bzw. Patches.

also habe e scan durchlaufen lassen, aber die folgenden dateien kann ich nicht löschen, da ich nicht auf den ordner zu greifn kann.....
