starte mal neu, drücke f8 wähle abgesicherter modus mit netzwerk, normalerweise hast du dort internet, wenn nicht mal alles mit nem stick auf den infizierten pc kopieren, bzw die logs von nem sauberen pc aus posten.
und ja, bloß nicht zahlen
Falls noch nicht vorhanden, lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop

Starte bitte die

Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
