Trojaner-Board - seiten werden nicht geladen, plötzliche popups etc...

hi alle zusammen, hab seit mehr als einer woche das problem das viele seiten nicht mehr geladen werden , sowohl im ff als auch ie. auch tauchen öfters plötzlich popups im internet explorer auf, obwohl ich den währendessen gar nicht benutze... auch tauchen merkwürdige "system alert" anzeigen auf die mich bloß zu einer merkwürdigen seite führen , die ich wiederum auch nicht laden kann lol
hab mal versucht mit antivirus zu scannen, der hat aber nichts als virus erkannt, im gegensatz zu Malwarebytes:

hab zur sicherheit nichts gelöscht, wollte deshalb hier nachfragen wie man nun vorgehen sollte ... wäre sehr dankbar wenn mir jemand helfen könnte :)
