about blank , ich brauche Hilfe
 
Hallo Leute,

ich brauche unbedingt Hilfe, seit dem mein Bekannter auf irgentwelchen Seiten surfte , die mir bis dato unbekannt waren, wird mein Pc von einem Highjacker mit Namen about:blank geplagt(besser gesagt mein Explorer). Ich habe alles versuchtm, jede Software hat versagt. Desweiteren hat sich irgentwo ein info_c.cab dialer eingeschlichen. Alle prof. Antidialer Programme versagen. Was kann ich tun?? Selbst die automatische Durchsuche von Higjakthis im Internet findet keine "Bösen" einträge. Ich würde mich freuen wenn jemand mir helfen könnte.

Hallo Mountain,

Danke für die promte Antwort. Leider hat auch eScan das Problem nicht beseitigen können, es wurden lediglich einige Trojaner zerstört aber immerhin :), aber der about:blank ist immer noch auf dem Explorer. Hier mein log, ich würde mich freuen von Dir zu hören. Danke. Übrigens ist das ein Intranet-Pc mit drei Arbeistplätzen.

A good thing to do after version updates is clear your Ignore list and re-add them, as the format of detected items sometimes changes.

du musst hijack ausführen, danach auf savelog und dann den inhalt des hijackthis.log hier rein kopieren.

leider zeigt mir eScan den Log nicht mehr es war irgendetwas mit Trojaner W32 III ich erinnere mich schwach.

@ Shahry - danke für Deine Mithilfe. Die automatische Auswertung ist sehr gut, aber sie erkennt nicht jedes Programm, das ist nicht möglich. Die Hilfestellung der automatischen Auswertung dient als Anhaltspunkt. Das Aufsuchen der 'unbekannten Programme/Prozesse' ist Sache der Helfer oder derer, die mit der automatischen Auswertung arbeiten.

man muss nur lang genug Threads lesen, begreifen, Systemdateien von Viren trennen können, Google um Rat befragen und gute Ratgeber zu finden wissen ... viel Geduld haben und sehr viel lesen ;)
