Trojaner PSGuard Desktop Hijacker...???
 
Hallo!

Brauche mal Eure Hilfe, da wir anscheinend einen Trojaner (vielleicht auch noch mehrere Trojaner, Würmer etc....) auf dem PC haben:

Haben gestern über hundert infizierte Dateien (durch ca. 8 verschiedene Viren, Trojaner...) mit Hilfe von Spybot gelöscht(?). Eine erneute Suche ergab dann keine Infizierungen mehr.

Trotzdem muss noch mindestens einer von den Dingern drauf sein. Vermutlich PSGuard Desktop Hijacker oder so ähnlich, wo sich ein zweites schwarzes Hintergrundbild über das eigentliche Hintergrundbild schiebt mit einer Warnung: "Warning! Your computer might be infected with spyware or adware!!... Click here..." usw. ich denke, einigen ist dies bekannt.

Habe vorhin übrigens nochmal Spyware Doctor drüber laufen lassen und er hat noch immer 78 Infizierungen gefunden (gestern warens mal 150) und 6 Trojaner/Hijacker (gestern waren es 12):

- Common Components for Gogotools, CWS and other adware
- PSGuard Desktop Hijacker
- Quicknavigate Hijacker
- Trojan.Popuper
- Internet Optimizer
- Trojan.FavAdd.ae

Gehören die alle zur selben "Kategorie" und lassen sich mit dem gleichen Weg entfernen oder muss ich bei einigen auch andere Wege nehmen?

Hallo,

so, habe alle Anweisungen befolgt. Der Bildschirm ist wieder normal. Spybot und Adware zeigen keine Infizierungen mehr an.

Frage: Kann trotzdem noch was drauf sein? Und: Wie schicke ich Euch die Virus Log Information vom escan? Verstehe nicht so recht, wie das gehen soll, da ich sie nicht auf dem normalen Weg copy and paste schicken kann.

Ach ja: Was genau hat eigentlich die smitrem.zip Datei nun gemacht? Das ging so schnell bei mir... auch das anschließende Diskcleanup hat höchstens 2-3 Minuten gedauert mit dem Ergebnis CLEAR :)

Und noch was kurzes: glaube, dass auch uns das SP 2 fehlt, kann es aber nicht downloaden bzw. ausführen, da es immer in der falschen Sprache ist (laut Fehlermeldung). Was tun? Scheint ja doch nicht so unwichtig zu sein in Bezug auf Sicherheit.

Ich denke nicht, dass ich das downloade... hätte gern das "normale" Paket. Gibt's das auch auf Deutsch. ;)

Wollte von meinem Sicherheitscenter aus, die Datei downloaden und werde dann aber immer wieder auf eine andere Seite verwiesen, wo es das Paket nur auf Englisch gibt. Und nun? Hab das sonst noch nicht gefunden...

Wenn du z.B. einen Eintrag mit HjT fixen willst, musst du den TeaTimer vorher deaktivieren.

dann starte smitrem im abgesicherten modus und eventuell im normalen modus nochmal. dann poste ein neues HJT-Logfile.

ich hab immer nach dem psguardpacket gesucht. jetz habs ich gefunden. nun werde ich "psguardkiller" versuchen herzustellen (ja ich weiß von smitrem) ;)

Das Log schaut sauber aus. Das heißt aber nicht, dass es das System auch sein muss!

BTW: Du könntest mal ein Update von Java durchführen.

Is ein bissel spät aber das Problem ist eigentlich unerwartet einfach zu lösen...
Man muss nur unter Start->Systemsteuerung->Software gehen
und nach dem Eintrag "Internet Update" suchen...
Dann deinstallieren und der Hintergrund ist wieder da usw.

Das kann ich mit sicherheit sagen aber ich seh grad dass das nochwas was installiert wurde...toll. ^^

Das nennt man Symptome kurieren, mit Ursachen beheben hat das aber rein gar nichts zu tun!
