Bildschirm bleibt leer (nur Hintergrundbild zu sehen)
 

Hallo !


Wenn ich den PC anschalte, bekomme ich nur mein Anmeldebildschirm zu sehen, dieser bleibt ca. 1 Minute.
Danach ist nur noch der Bildschirmhintergrund zu sehen.
Keine Leiste, kein Programm, es ist sonst nichts zu sehen.

Im Abgesicherten Modus, bleibt der Bildschirm schwarz.

Wenn ich mich unter einem anderen Namen anmelde, kommt das selbe Problem.

Als einziges kann ich durch den Windows Task Manager Programme starten.

Hallo,

abgesehen von der bereits aktiven Malware auf deinem System, dass mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit auch für die Ursache deines Problems verantwortlich ist, wird die explorer.exe nicht mitgestartet.

Mach mal folgendes:

[Strg] + [Alt] + [Entf] -> Anwendungen -> Neuer Task -> explorer.exe -> OK

Berichte was passiert.

Er sagt mir das explorer.exe nicht gefunden werden kann.

Sonst noch welche ideen die Format C verhindern können ?


Der PC an dem dieses Problem aufgetaucht ist, hat zwar Antivir und Ad-aware aber keine Firewall auf dem Rechner. Läuft durch die Fritz Box Router. Der Router müsste eine Firewall haben oder ?
