Trojaner-Board - Brauch mal etwas hilfe, danke!

Hallo, habe mir vor drei tagen einen oder mehrere fiese Trojaner zugezogen.
Antivir hat einiges schon gelösch und einiges hab ich manuell gelöscht auch aus der Regestry. Es waren so sachen wie

Überall wird geschrieben das man am besten das System komplett neu installieren sollte. Reicht es eventuell auch wenn ich eine Systemreperatur durchführe ???
