Hallo liebe Trojaner-Jäger,
dies ist mein erster Post. Ich finde euer Forum echt super !! Es gibt wohl doch noch Menschen, die sich in schweren Zeiten einander helfen !!!

Brauche wirklich eure Hilfe!! Mein Computer ist voll mit Trojanern u.a. Mist !! Brauche ihn aber unbedingt zum arbeiten !!! Sitze tief in der Patsche !!

Also...
Zunächst sind wohl mehrere Trojaner vorhanden. AntiVir erkennt sie immer wenn ich online gehe. Ich lösche sie... Aber sie tauchen immer wieder auf !!!

Dann ist da dieses Programm "Security iGuard" welches sich einfach immer wieder neu installiert !!

Und auch die Startseite "http://www.search-paga.com/10079" bekomme ich nicht weg !!

Ich bin leider kein so Computerfreak, habe aber trotzdem mal hiJack This runtergeladen und ausprobiert. Habe auch ein paar Dateien gefixt. Aber sie kommen immer und immer wieder !!!

Also, dein System ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Updaten auf SP 2!
Bitte folgende Dateien bei Jotti online scannen lassen und auch an malware-upload (siehe meine Signatur) schicken und auswerten lassen. Bitte berichte über die Ergebnisse.

Dann die jeweils zugehörigen DAteien manuell löschen (also z.B. C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\msoffice.hta usw.)
Dann normal booten.
Dann herunterladen:
CW shredder und laufen lassen.
Ebenso runterladen:
AdAware SE und Spybot S&D 1.3; beide updaten und laufen lassen. Alles löschen lassen, was sie finden, und auch die Quarantäne-Ordner jeweils löschen.
Dann neues Logfile posten.

kann leider nicht viel mit den ganzen Infos anfangen !!! Soll ich die beiden infizierten Dateien löschen ?

Guten Morgen Cacatoa !!!

So....habe alles versucht!!! Alles gefixt!!! Konnte aber die Dateien nicht manuell löschen! " Zugriff verweigert weil gerade benutzt..."
Habe auch alle Programme heruntergeladen und ausgeführt!!! Haben super viel Zeug gefunden (allein AdAware hat über 200 sachen gefunden!!) und habe alles gelöscht !!

Alles im abgesicherten Modus bei deaktivierter Sytemwiederherstellung.
Sollte irgendwo noch der Zugriff verweigert sein, "weil gerade benutzt", dann den jeweiligen Prozess erstmal beenden.
Dann eScan runterladen (Anleitung genau beachten!!!) updaten und im abgesicherten Modus laufen lassen. Berichte dann das Ergebnis (Öffne die mwav.log -> Bearbeiten -> Suchen -> infected eingeben -> Weitersuchen -> Treffer markieren/kopieren und ins Forum übertragen.)
Dann auch neues Logfile posten.

Also, du hast zwei Sachen offensichtlich nicht ganz exakt durchgeführt:
1. Systemwiederherstellung war vor dem fixen nicht abgeschaltet
2. Du hast nicht im abgesicherten Modus gefixt und gelöscht.

Dann:
Lade dir clearprog 1.4.1 final runter, mach alle Haken bei Windows und IE und speichere die einstellungen (zweiter button von links) und gehe auf "löschen"; wenn fertig auf beenden. Dann sind die temporary Internet-files und "temp"files weg.
Mit dem Ausschalten der Systemwiederherstellung und dem neuen booten gehen die Wiederherstellungspunkte verloren und damit verschwinden die: "File C:\System Volume Information\_restore".
Dann leere den Quarantäne-Ordner Deines AV-Programms.
Fixe mit HJT nochmal:

So, wird schon besser.
Das hier noch einmal im abgesicherten Modus löschen (vorher den Prozess beenden!):
C:\WINDOWS\inet10079\services.exe

Die Dateien (sofern noch vorhanden) aus dem eScan-Log alle im abgesicherten Modus löschen, außer wo steht: "tagged as not-a-virus:Tool.Win32.Reboot." und außer denen im AV-Ordner, hier mußt du nur den quarantäne-Ordner von antiVir leeren, dann clearprog noch mal laufen lassen und "hoffentlich" letztes Logfile posten.
