Hallo liebes Forum-Team,

habe am Freitag den Laptop von einem Freund bekommen, der sich den "Live Security Platinum"-Trojaner eingefangen hat.
Folgende Kombination ist hier installiert: Avira Free AntiVirus / ZoneAlarm Firewall (unschwer erkennbar aus den Logfiles, ich will es auch gar nicht leugnen...)
Betriebssystem ist Win7 Home Premium - 64 bit.
Habe mir auf eurem Forum schon ein paar Anregungen geholt und mich überzeugen lassen, mich zu registrieren.
Folgende Maßnahmen habe ich schon durchgeführt:

1. Laptop im Abgesicherten Modus gestartet, Malwarebytes Quick-Scan gemacht, hier das Logfile:

Auch wenn "Keine Aktion durchgeführt" da steht, ich habs danach in die Quarantäne verschoben, wo es noch vor sich hinschlummert.

5. Habe den Laptop dann kurz normal gestartet, Live Security Platinum hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Ob alles normal läuft, kann ich nicht sagen, weil es ja nicht mein Laptop ist, aber mir sind keine Abnormitäten aufgefallen.

6. Den DeFogger werde ich jetzt auch gleich noch aktivieren.



Noch ein Hinweis zu den Logfiles: Das Laufwerk F ist mein USB-Stick, auf dem ich die Logfiles gespeichert hab!

So, jetzt bräuchte ich bitte Hilfe beim weiteren Vorgehen. Soll ich die 6 Infektionen löschen?

Ach ja, und dann hätte ich gern noch -wenn möglich- bitte einen Alternativtipp zu ZoneAlarm. Reicht die Windows-Firewall aus bzw. ist die besser als ZoneAlarm? Das Problem ist, dass mein Freund (aus welchem Grund auch immer) häufiger mal Trojaner ergattert (i.d. Vergangenheit schon den Bundeskriminalamt-Trojaner u.a.) und ich die dann immer entfernen darf :crazy:

Das SP1 von Microsoft umfasst die neuesten Aktualisierungen, wie z.B wichtige Sicherheits-, Stabilitäts- und Leistungsverbesserungen.
- Der Internet Explorer auch veraltet, aktuell ist IE 9!
! Allerdings in diesem Zustand (der Rechner aktuell durch Malware befallen ist), der alten Version eine Aufrüstung auf die nächste NICHT erfolgen darf, sonst schadet es mehr als nutzt bzw kann es eine erhöhte Zahl von Komplikationen zur Folge haben! Soll nun die Festplatte erst bereinigt werden, also absolut malwarefrei sein!
Wird der Rechner absolut malwarefrei nur, wenn er die Festplatte formatiert und Windows neu einrichtet!

Datensicherung:
► NUR Daten sichern, die nicht ausführbaren Dateien enthalten - Dateiendungen - Dies ist eine Liste von Dateiendungen, die Dateien mit ausführbarem Code bezeichnen können.
- Vorsicht mit den schon vorhandenen Dateien auf die extern gespeicherten Daten und auch jetzt mit dem Virus infizierte Dateien eine Datensicherung anzufertigen
- Am besten alles was ihm sehr wichtig, separat (extern) sichern - nicht mischen eventuell früher geschicherten Daten, also vor dem Befall!
- Eventuell gecrackte Software nicht sichern und dann auf neu aufgesetztem System wieder drauf installieren!

- Vor zurückspielen - bevor er mit seinem PC direkt ins Netz geht...:
- die Autoplay-Funktion für alle Laufwerke deaktivieren/ausschalten -> Autorun/Autoplay gezielt für Laufwerkstypen oder -buchstaben abschalten

Die Online-Scanner sind alle reine On-Demand-Scanner. Sie durchsuchen einzelne Dateien oder Verzeichnisse, wahlweise die gesamte Festplatte, haben keinen Hintergrundwächter oder andere residente Prozesse. Dadurch verbrauchen sie ausser Festplattenspeicher keine Resourcen und man kann beliebig viele gleichzeitig installieren. Die Online-Scanner sind gut geeignet um sich eine zweite Meinung einzuholen.

Ich würde ihn vorsichtshalber raten, überall die Passwörter zu ändern!
z.B. Login-, Mail- oder Website-Passwörter

Hallo Kira,

erstmal danke für die schnelle Antwort!

Nach der Aktualität von Windows hab ich gar nicht geschaut, ich hatte nicht damit gerechnet, dass ein vor 2 Monaten gekaufter Laptop da Probleme aufweisen könnte! (okay, er stand vorher längere Zeit im Lager rum, aber trotzdem...)

Hab gestern also die Festplattenpartitionen formatiert und SP1 aufgespielt.

Soweit passt jetzt alles wieder.

Noch eine letzte Frage:
Hast du eine gute Softwarelösung (Firewall/AntiVir), um solchen Virenentfernungsaktionen in Zukunft vorzubeugen?
Auf die Surf- und Sicherheitsgewohnheiten von meinem Freund kann ich ja leider keinen Einfluss nehmen :crazy:

Trotz aller Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Vorsicht kann es vorkommen, dass sich jemand einen Schadcode aus dem Internet holt. In unserer "modernen Zeit", die diversen Malwarearten deutlich stärker vertreten, als noch vor ein paar Jahren. Das ist eben seit Jahren kein Geheimnis mehr, die Antivirusprodukte können da nicht ganz mithalten bzw gegen neue Art von Schadprogrammen eigentlich machtlos sind.
Aus meiner eigenen Erfahrung heraus kann ich sagen (schließlich darf man davon ausgehen), dass ein Standard Virenscanner einen Malware Befall <Ernstfalls> nicht verhindern kann.
Ein Anti-Viren- und Anti-Spyware-Programm bzw.Spezial-Tool, kann nur vor jenen Viren schützen bzw.entfernen, die es auch kennt. Leider sehr oft Virenprogrammierer sind schneller auf dem Markt mit ihrem Produkt als Antivirenprogrammierer mit dem Gegenmittel.Es ist daher ganz natürlich, dass vom Zeitpunkt des Auftretens eines neuen Virus eine bestimmte Zeit vergeht, bis der Antivirenhersteller ein Gegenmittel in Form von Virendefinitionsfiles bereithält.;)
Ein Virenscanner allein reicht nicht aus, jeder einzelne Nutzer kann/muss/soll seinen Teil dazu beitragen, die Sicherheit von Windows noch einiges zu verbessern.
Also wie gehabt: Avira + die Windows eigene Firewall sollen schon ausreichen
