hier auch ein Verschlüsselungstrojaner
 

Hallo,
ich habe auch das Problem mit dem Trojaner.
Es öffnet sich ein Fenster, wo man 100 Euro zahlen soll.
Im abgesichertem Modus geht nichts.

Leider oft tragen sich "ungebetene Gäste direkt in die Suchleiste, Startseite und unter Erweiterungen ein" und sie können schon wirklich lästig sein... meistens aus Unwissenheit oder Ignoranz wird mitinstalliert, manche davon gehört sogar zur gefährlichsten Art der Adware , oder auch zum eine "Foistware-Gruppe".

Immer die benutzerdefinierte Installation wählen, nicht die Standardinstallation, weil dann oft Sachen mitinstalliert werden, die man nicht braucht oder nicht möchte.
Während des Installationsvorgangs die Lizenzbestimmungen immer lesen, und nicht sofort überall den Haken setzen bzw gesetzten Haken belassen, weil damit stimmt man nämlich zu, dass andere "Fremdprogramm", oder sogar Adware (Werbe-Pop-ups) durch Partnerprogrammen, Sponsoren etc - mitinstalliert wird, weil sich Freeware damit finanziert.
In diese Kategorie gehören noch einige, wie z.B: -> Unerwünschte Toolbars

Lade Dir Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Lade Dir Malwarebytes Anti-Malware → von hier herunter

• Installieren und per Doppelklick starten.
• Deutsch einstellen und gleich mal die Datenbanken zu aktualisieren - online updaten
• "Komplett Scan durchführen" wählen (überall Haken setzen)
• wenn der Scanvorgang beendet ist, klicke auf "Zeige Resultate"
• Alle Funde - falls MBAM meldet in C:\System Volume Information - den Haken bitte entfernen - markieren und auf "Löschen" - "Ausgewähltes entfernen") klicken.
• Poste das Ergebnis hier in den Thread - den Bericht findest Du unter "Scan-Berichte"

Systemscan mit OTL - nicht mehr das OTLPE starten!

Lade (falls noch nicht vorhanden) OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop.

• Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
• Vista und Windows 7 User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen.
• Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Ausgabe.
  Wähle bitte Standard-Ausgabe
• Unter Extra-Registrierung wähle bitte Benutze SafeList.
• Mache Häckchen bei LOP- und Purity-Prüfung.
• Klicke nun auf Scan links oben.

• Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden zwei Logfiles erstellt.
  Du findest die Logfiles auf Deinem Desktop => OTL.txt und Extras.txt

Um festzustellen, ob veraltete oder schädliche Software unter Programme installiert sind, ich würde gerne noch all deine installierten Programme sehen:

• Download den CCleaner herunter
  
• Software-Lizenzvereinbarung lesen, falls irgendeine Toolbar angeboten wird, bitte abwählen!-> starten -> Falls nötig, auf "Deutsch" einstellen.
• starten-> klick auf `Extras` (um auf deinem System installierte Software zu anzeigen)-> dann auf `Als Textdatei speichern...`
• ein Textdatei wird automatisch erstellt, poste auch dieses Logfile (also die Liste alle installierten Programme...eine Textdatei)

Es scheint alles wieder zu funktionieren. Es sind keine Daten gesperrt und auch keine Dateien umbenannt. :dankeschoen:

*UPPS* da haben wir ein kleines Problemchen...:
Das Installieren von "nicht legal erworbene Software" ist eine ziemlich sichere Methode, ein Rechner zu infizieren:
Einen durch Keygen [Key Generator/Keymaker] verseuchten PC und eventuell gespeicherte externe Daten auf SB Sticks, ext.Platte etc,, sollte formatiert und neu aufgesetzt werden, weil ja durch gecrackte oder mit Viren verseuchte Software wie auch immer, ein Angreifer erfolgreich in dein System eingedrungen ist:-> *Technische Kompromittierung*
Denn die angebotenen Programme und Dateien enthalten jede erdenkliche Art von Malware/Schadprogramm wie z.B. Backdoors, Rootkits etc, die dann den PC unter Kontrolle nehmen und die Administratorrolle übernehmen können
Weil dieses `selbstzerrstörerischem Verhalten `illegal` ist bzw verstößt gegen das Gesetz, wir dürfen Dir nicht weiter helfen. Aus diesem Grund sehen wir uns gezwungen den Thread zu schließen:-> Ich möchte dich darauf hinweisen, dass wir bei Verwendung von Keygens & Cracks keine Beihilfe leisten wollen! :-> Forumregel:- Cracks, Keygens und andere illegale Software

na sowas, das weis ich selbst nicht.
Der Computer hier ist fast noch neu. Windows XP ist gekauft und die anderen Sachen waren nur die Setups in einem Ordner, der schon Jahrelang immer unter eigene Dateien mitgeschleppt wurde. Weiß noch nicht mal, was das für Programme sind. TuneUp habe ich aber eine gekaufte Version von 2011.

Trotzdem Danke, will eh Win 7 mir zulegen. Dann wird wohl alles weg sein.

Ich würde Dir vorsichtshalber raten, dein Passwort zu ändern (man sollte alle 3-4 Monate machen)
z.B. Login-, Mail- oder Website-Passwörter
Tipps:
Die sichere Passwort-Wahl - (sollte man eigentlich regelmäßigen Abständen ca. alle 3-5 Monate ändern)
auch noch hier unter: Sicheres Kennwort (Password)
