windows restore
 
hallo an euch profis. ich hab ein problem.
ich hab kaum ahnung von pc´s!!! also, redet mit mir, wie mit einem, der gar keine ahnung hat.
mein 2. problem:ich hab auf einmal windows restore aufn laptop und bekomm es nicht weg.
andauernd erscheint hard drive failure.
das laptop geht auch andauernd aus.
was soll ich bloß machen?????

puh, kann ich gar nicht genau sagen. es ist ein fujitsu siemens c 1110. was ich noch weiß, das ich xp und anti vir drauf hab! reicht das aus um mir zu helfen???

Hallo und :hallo:

Bitte routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit malwarebytes machen und Log posten.
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!

Systemscan mit OTL

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop
  • Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
  • Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
  • Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
  • Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
  • Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
  • Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt
  • Poste die Logfiles hier in den Thread.

Ich habe schon gewusst dass heute ein schlechter Tag ist, als ich beim Kunden zu nahe am Faxgerät vorbeigegeangen bin. *knacksschepper*
Eigentlich wars mir schon heute früh klar. :-(

Mach wir erst einen OTL-Fix, beende alle evtl. geöffneten Programme, auch Virenscanner deaktivieren (!), starte OTL und kopiere folgenden Text in die "Custom Scan/Fixes" Box (unten in OTL): (das ":OTL" muss mitkopiert werden!!!)
