Nahezu kein Standard Windows Programm startet mehr

Momentan funktionierts wieder, den Grund weis ich nicht. Wenns wieder auftritt meld ich mich nochmal
der mauszeiger wartet ein bisschen aber dann passiert einfach nichts.
inklusive taskmanager cmd regedit und verwaltung aber auch viele 3party programme.
hat jemand ne ahnung woran das liegen könnte. Der rechner ist erst risch aufgesetzt trotzdem gab es auch schon probleme mit krassen rucklern in spielen und anschließend auch beim mauszeiger ohne irgentwelche programme aber ka ob das was damit zu tun hat
