windows update fehler 0x8024402C

hallo!
ich habe soeben ein problem beim versuch windows update zu starten bemerkt! und zwar gibt mir der IE die fehlermeldung 0x8024402C! habe daraufhin einen lösungsvorschlag auf support für windows update durchgeführt, allerdings ohne ergebnis! weiss jemand einen rat?
