Very Slow Windows

Hallo liebes TB
Ich habe mit einem Notebook von mir ein Problem es Handelt sich um
Das Dell Latitude E5530 Mit Intel Core i5 3320M 8GB Ram
und 320GB HDD

Seit einiger Zeit ist es sehr langsam und Braucht lange zum starten und zum Apps Laden

PS:Windows Kann und darf ich nicht Neuinstallieren
