OTL (OldTimers ListIt) - CleanUp broke Windows Start Menu + Cortana + Edge + GUIs
 

Hello Guys,
i have a huge problem right now.
Yesterday i tried OTL because my RegAsm.exe was going crazy, and afterwards i clicked cleanup.
After a small reboot, the taskbar, cortana, the start menu and more was not working anymore.
What i tried is:

-New User
-Using a PowerShell GetXApps
-Rebooting in Safe Mode
-Reinstalling Windows 10(!)

But NOTHING is working! I can not use Windows anymore

I would appreciate any help,

did the problem still exsist? hyou made an clean or repair instalation of windows?
