Trojaner-Board - Windows Start dauert mehrere Minuten

Hallo,
seit einiger Zeit fällt mir auf, das der Startvorgang von Windows mehrere Minuten benötigt. Der PC "hängt" dann zwischen 2-5 Minuten mit dem Windows-Logo im Bootvorgang.

Beim Herunterfahren ist es sehr ähnlich, teilweise hängt sich der PC hier komplett auf, teilweise klappt das Herunterfahren aber auch ganz normal oder dauert ebenfalls mehrere Minuten.

Was ich schon versucht habe:

- Alle unnötigen Startprozesse in "msconfig" deaktiviert
- Prozessorkernanzahl für den Windows-Start von 1 auf 4 gestellt
- Virenscan mit "Norton Security Online mit Backup" (Kein Fund)
- Malwarescan mit "Malwarebytes" (Kein Fund)
