System volume information

hi
ich kann seit heute meine system volume information ordner nicht mehr öffnen. Viren o.ä. sind nicht auf meinem pc auffindbar (schon mit hjt, escan, spybot, adaware usw. gecheckt) Woran könnte dies denn dann liegen????
