Trojaner-Board - Virus? o.ä. wählt aktuelles explorer fenster oder Programm ab.

Leider ist es ein wenig schwierig nach diesem Problem zu suchen.
Egal in welchem Programm, explorer oder Chrome o.ä. ich mich befinde wird das fenster unregelmäßig alle paar sekunden abgewählt (was das schreiben dieses Beitrags schon erschwert).
Systemwiederherstellung hat nichts gebracht, das Problem besteht seit heute.
