Hallo zusammen,

ich bin neu hier und hoffe ich habe den richtigen Bereich gewählt.

Ich habe hier einen Laptop der mir vorbeigebracht wurde weil er nicht mehr richtig läuft. Das Gerät wird immer wieder unglaublich langsam. Virenscanner wurde schon lange nicht aktuallisiert.

Habe einfach mal die Kaspersky Rescue CD geladen und durchlaufen lassen. Es wurden diese Schädllinge gefunden und entfernt.
  • trojanisches Programm Trojan.Win32.Genome.sitd
    sda5/Dokumente und Einstellungen/user1/Anwendungsdaten/Ipuho/eluh.exe

  • trojanisches Programm Trojan.Win32.Obfuscated.akpm
    sda5/Dokumente und Einstellungen/user1/Lokale Einstellungen/Temp/tmp5478f32a/rapport.exe

  • trojanisches Programm Packed.Win32.Krap.ao
    sda5/Dokumente und Einstellungen/user1/Lokale Einstellungen/Temp/tmpf0d14688/kill.exe

  • trojanisches Programm Trojan-Downloader.JS.Small.oy
    sda5/Programme/.js

Die drei exe Dateien waren auch in den Autostarts und habe es da entfernt

Anschließend habe ich Malwarebytes Anti-Maleware scannen lassen und es wurde das hier gefunden und dann gelöscht:
  • HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\RapportMgmtService.exe (Security.Hijack)durchgeführt.
  • HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\RapportService.exe (Security.Hijack)

Jetzt funktioniert der Windows Installer nicht mehr. Kann also kein Antivir installieren und auch keine Windows Updates.

Habe schon die Tipps auf dieser Seite probiert hatte aber keinen Erfolg.

Konnte das Problem lösen. Falls noch mal jemand über die Suche hier her stolpert mit einem ähnlichen Problem möchte ich gerne schreiben was ich gemacht habe.

Für das Windows Installer Problem findet man im Netz ja sehr viele Informationen was man probieren oder machen könnte, hat alles nicht funktioniert. Also habe ich jetzt irgendwann die XP CD eingelegt und eine Updateinstallation von der CD durchgeführt.

Nach dem Windows wieder gestartet war funktionierte der Windowsinstaller wieder. Leider funktionierte das Windows Update nicht mehr so wie der Punkt Hilfe und Support. Ich bekam immer die Meldung "Der angeforderte Nachschlageschlüssel konnte in keinem aktiven Aktivierungskontext gefunden werden"

Auch im Internet Explorer lösten sehr viele Seiten diesen Fehler aus. Eigentlich fast alle.

Nach der Update Installation war hier auch wieder der IE6 und nicht IE8 wie zuvor. Ich habe also versuch den IE8 zu installieren. Am ende beim entpacken der Installationsdateien kam immer der Fehler die exe sei keine Win32 Anwendung. Auch das manuelle Entpacken der IE8 Setupdatei und ein Installieren "von Hand" scheiterten.

Ich habe noch sämtliche XP Updates auf einem Rechner liegen. Mit Hilfe von
WSUS Offline Updater erstelle ich regelmäßig eine ISO mit allen Updates um diese ohne langes downloaden installieren zu können. Auch hier raus konnte ich den IE nicht installieren und bekam auch für die anderen Updates nur Fehlermeldungen.

Dann bin ich über MS Fix It gestolpert. Nach einem kurzen Scan behob es Fehler beim IE und Fehler beim Windows Setup.
Dann habe ich den Rechner beendet und es wurden 122 Updates installiert. Nach einem Neustart funktionierte alles wieder wie gewohnt. Auch IE8 war installiert.

Hallo Markusg,

es ist ein alter Laptop und soviel ich weiß wird der zum Surfen, Bilder ansehen und Routenplanen verwendet. Ich weiß nicht ob mal was online gekauft wird oder nicht, der Besitzer ist eigentlich ein PC-Muffel :-)

Warum fragst du? Hast du bedenken, dass dieses System noch nicht sauber ist? Danke für die Antwort hab schon viel von dir hier gelesen du gibst dir ja immer richtig Mühe und hängst hier viel Zeit rein, das finde ich super.
